Exellent television, wonderful app availability including built in web browser and a load of media apps, wonderful connectivity with Samsung devices. Wonderful high quality sound too. Have had wonderful experience using this unit including web browsing from my bedroom without having to go back out to my computer also.

I am truly enjoying my Samsung TV. Live the clarity and vibrancy . It us user friendly, easy set up fir adding all my apps. I also really like the Samsung TV offerings. Im still exploring the vast offerings. I am a Samsung phone lover and now TV lover!

I love my Samsung smart tv. I needed a replacement for my older Samsung that was becoming obsolete. It is very easy to use and quick to set up You can watch everything you like within minutes of plugging it in. My surround sound and sound bar synched up right away and the picture quality is amazing.

This tv is perfect for anything I watch on it. Being able to change settings on it, if needed is incredibly simple. The clarity makes you feel like you are in the movie not just watching. The phone app helps a lot right now. Being down with pain, sometimes not being able to find the remote the app is amazingly helpful. Especially to turn on when I'm away from home just to give the appearance somebody is home. I've owned many TVs, though the Samsun UHD Crystal is unmatched.

I'm so pleased I finally bought a big screen TV. The colors are rich and life like, the pictures are sharp. It looks nice in the room. My one complaint is the size of the remote. The buttons for volume are tiny and take a while to set the correct volume. Other than that, I'd recommend it highly

TV is the perfect size, color and picture are good. The only negative is the speakers aren't good enough and I don't believe you should have to buy additional speakers unless you specifically want surround sound. I am use to my Emerson TV that has perfect speakers. Also feel bad because the newer TVs, animals hate. My cat won't even come in the room. I read on internet that it is all newer TVs. That makes me wonder how safe TVs are nowadays.

This TV is OK. I’ve had Samsung‘s for years, but this one doesn’t have the clarity that I like it’s kind of dull, not sharp since there’s no way to adjust the brightness. I’m not really thrilled that I can’t use my remote. I have to program in what Programming I’m watching I don’t use the other services Netflix Hulu And others it’s OK but I was disappointed as it was a gift. I can’t even return it for a different television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] you could of made the remote control a little bigger. a bad design no color code. and the buttons are almost flush with the rest of the remote. its not user friendly...but tv does have a nice picture. just want a tv without all the free stuff and hassles

This TV is one of the most problematic that I have ever owned. The message oops! There is an internet lost connection when the internet is running on all other devices gets really old. I check the internet connection and the TV always says I’m connected. What the heck. I also have an older model and never have had any problems with it. I would not buy this series of Samsung again.

Colors look washed out, motion is blurry during sports and fast scenes, and the upscaling does a poor job with non-4K content. The biggest issue is how slow the TV is—menus lag, apps take forever to open, and even simple navigation feels sluggish. For a 2025 model, I expected much better performance. Overall, this TV feels underpowered and not worth the money.
