The TV has been amazing but the remote didn't work out of the box. Luckily my previous Samsung TV remote worked great and still does. The TV has great clarity and color contrast. The price of the TVs have gone down substantially and for the 65" size screen. You really can't beat the value.

Colors look washed out, motion is blurry during sports and fast scenes, and the upscaling does a poor job with non-4K content. The biggest issue is how slow the TV is—menus lag, apps take forever to open, and even simple navigation feels sluggish. For a 2025 model, I expected much better performance. Overall, this TV feels underpowered and not worth the money.

I am truly enjoying my Samsung TV. Live the clarity and vibrancy . It us user friendly, easy set up fir adding all my apps. I also really like the Samsung TV offerings. Im still exploring the vast offerings. I am a Samsung phone lover and now TV lover!

This TV is OK. I’ve had Samsung‘s for years, but this one doesn’t have the clarity that I like it’s kind of dull, not sharp since there’s no way to adjust the brightness. I’m not really thrilled that I can’t use my remote. I have to program in what Programming I’m watching I don’t use the other services Netflix Hulu And others it’s OK but I was disappointed as it was a gift. I can’t even return it for a different television.

I'm so pleased I finally bought a big screen TV. The colors are rich and life like, the pictures are sharp. It looks nice in the room. My one complaint is the size of the remote. The buttons for volume are tiny and take a while to set the correct volume. Other than that, I'd recommend it highly

Its a really nice picture, it's a little slow to respond, but over all it's a great TV. The picture is so vibrant, and the number of adjustments is unreal. You can adjust things u didn't even know existed. 😌 Im very satisfied with the Quality of all Samsung products, but these tv's are just so life like and a greT value.

When I saw the display model in the store, my first reaction was how much this 65" tv felt like a true bargain. I certainly didn't expect it to look even better once it was set up in my house. The sharpness and contrast of images on the screen were even better than I remembered from the store display. Overall, the picture quality is very friendly to old eyes. Even though the tv's capabilities far exceed my tech abilities, I love the way the tv tries to help you out with little prompts that almost seem like it's guessing what I might be trying to do. That helps! I especially love watching movies and sports. The screen ration options work great dialing in the action close to feeling real. Pair this tv with a comfortable chair and enjoy.

My 65” Samsung TV is the best investment I made in home entertainment!! I am amazed at the vibrancy and quality of the pictures on my screen! I am extremely impressed and pleased with my product! I will surely shop for Samsung products as they are top of the line as well as being budget friendly!

This TV has been an amazing transition for us as we make our house a home. We wanted something that was going to feel like a true upgrade from the TV we had before (TLC). And our Samsung TV did not disappoint!!! From convenience to accessibility to quality overall performance this TV has it all. We are a loyal Samsung tech/appliance household as we have a Samsung washer/dryer, soundbar and now TV. And we intend to keep it that way!
