Great Resolution and Brightness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV overall has met advertised claims. Took a while to navigate process to connect to my DISH provider. Only complaint is that screen goes black when I switch to HOME on my DISH controller but sound remains on???Have to shut TV down and bring back up. Have learned to work around it. TV is not as easy to operate/navigate as my previous TV of a different brand. Probably would not choose this Samsung Model again.

EXCELLENT QUALITY

The brightness and color is so vibrant and can be adjusted to to suit the comfort of your atmosphere. Resolution is so clear making it easy on the eyes and security is top notch. I will definitely purchase another in the future.

All but the remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, very good I’m happy with it. The bonus channels are Nice. Reception excellent. However, the remote Sucks and absolutely needs like we always have had the digit 09 so a person can change channels directly from a 62 to 5 without going through all the channels and then you have a channel lag every time change channels You have to wait for the channels twocatch up, it would be a lot more enjoyable viewing experience with a 09 keypad

Great picture, beautiful clarity!

The picture brightness makes it easier to enjoy in a large room. Easy to setup and the streaming platform menu can be arranged in my desired order. This is a slim model with sturdy feet that can be used on an entertainment center or easily mounted to meet your aesthetic preferences.

Poor research on my part

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have purchased something else because the remote is beyond clunky and the home screen is so cluttered with unusable apps, I just don't get it. Picture and resolution are fine. Sound does not match the lip movement on most channels especially older movies but on my tablet sound is not a problem. Just look at the remote, 50% of it is blank from the YouTube button down to Samsung logo... nothing. There's no fast forward or backwards, you piggy back 3 or 4 functions on a button, and if there are online directions, how would I know about them. Sorry to be critical but you asked. I don't expect you to post this because it is what you want customers to know. I'm stuck with it, though.

Don't buy !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is nice but when i hooked it up and saw there was a remote with no voice button ? I thought by 2025 all tv's had voice capabilities ! I could go on but I would never buy one of these !! Also,neither Wlmart or Samsung would take it back because i bought it online !

Your TV Works With Alexa, meaning you’ll need to connect a standalone Alexa device such as an Echo speaker, to control compatible smart home devices and some experiences on your TV. Here are the steps: 1. Download both the Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings apps, if you don't already have them. Both are available for iOS or Android devices. 2. Make sure your Alexa device and TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 3. Your TV must be enabled within the SmartThings app. If not, make sure you are signed in with your Samsung account on the TV: Settings > All Settings > Samsung Account 4. Log in to the SmartThings app with the same Samsung account. Tap Devices, and if your TV isn’t already shown, tap + to add it to the app. 5. Great sound and picture

The internal speaker is great very loud, no need for a sound bar.. Picture and sound I give 5 stars but what else can you expect from a Samsung.

Streaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming on my Amazon firestick only works sometimes. Sometimes it starts and freezes up. Other times there is no sound. The only cure is to unplug the TV and plug it back in. The firestick is new with new batteries so I know its not the problem. Love to hear from you.

Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
