TV comes on by itself at least twice a night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only issue i have is at night when I cut it off and go into my bedroom it comes back on by itself at least two times. I live in a loft so when I'm turning my TV on in my bedroom that's when the Samsung pops on but when I try my other remote to turn the Samsung off it doesn't work. I'm genuinely confused why it comes on by itself at least twice a night.

Improper voice/lip synchronizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has the worst picture/voice match I have ever seen. On some channels and most streaming the voice matches the picture, but most cable channels the voice is 1 or 2 seconds after the picture. It is not synchronized with the lip movement at all. I have tried correcting this in the setting several times, but it has not worked.

Hi Ironhorserider, Thank you for your feedback. You mentioned already adjusting settings, but I am going to put a few suggestions below, just in case you have not tried these. 1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay 2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through 3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now If the issue continues after these steps, please contact Samsung Support for additional troubleshooting or assistance. Good picture but hard to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is good but connectivity via HDMI very limited. Since the only digital audio output is via the single HDMI eARC that leaves only one HDMI connection for other devices like Cable/Satellite receiver, video player, VCR, streaming device, etc. Also, if you switch devices in the same HDMI port the TV tends to get confused.

Always a Samsung fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this TV. I’ve always been a huge Samsung fan and this TV is no exception. The picture is super sharp, the colors look great, and movies and shows look amazing in 4K. Even the sound quality surprised me way more than I expected from a TV speaker. Everything just feels smooth and easy to use. Honestly have zero complaints so far, definitely a 5-star TV in my opinion.

ok for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok TV for the price- I have a similar price smart TV from a different brand, and in comparison, the Samsung TV is harder to navigate, bloated software is laggy, and just not impressed with the user experience at all. That being said, the picture is what I expected for a lower priced TV, the sound is decent and it works for what I need it to do.

Awesome tv

Definitely a grade above others. Being able to game is a massive bonus. The back lighting makes games easy to see. Love the tv.

difficult to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time purchasing a Samsung TV I must say I'm very disappointed in it I always use Vizio in the past and willl go back. Every app we download quits and have to reinstall it 2 to 3 times a day it's very frustrating so I can say I will not be buying another Samsung TV again .

Great TV/ Great connections

Also have the home speaker option and also the things that makes it extra awesome is being a able to to control with the remote on your phone. Having g kids thats necessary and having everything connected through wife makes it secure becaise yoir tv always recognize when you're home and when you're not.

So glad I chose Samsung Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I decided to go from a 32 inch tv to a 65 inch I immediately decided to shop Samsung. My existing tv was a Samsung that was working perfectly after several years and two moves. My new model is great. The picture is so clear and colors are vivid and defined. I use a streaming service and it is easy to navigate the apps with this large screen. Connecting Bluetooth Speaker went great. If there was only one thing I would change it would be for a larger remote with bigger buttons for navigating.
