The dosage is only one capsule, so it’s nice to not have to take multiple. There is a very strong odor every time you open the bottle, and you can also taste it slightly when taking the capsule, but it’s not unbearable. I also really like that it contains resveratrol!

It says to take one a day if you need an antioxidant support or two a day for immune support. I wanted to see if I felt a difference but honestly nothing has changed might take 2 to see if it make a difference the packaging is normal nothing special.( I received this product for free from influenster)

They're also easy to swallow. I take it on an empty stomach with no issues. I've also tried taking it alone because I'm not sure how it could interact with other vitamins. Unfortunately, I think this is one of those things you'd have to use a long time before really knowing if you get true results, so I cannot comment on that. The only other downside is that they have a weird smell I can't even describe. Just be warned, it's odd.

I can’t say I’ve seen huge dramatic changes, but I do feel like I see some small changes and benefits with consistent use. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a strong unpleasant taste like some of the other supplements I have tried. overall, I am happy with it and considering continuing to use.

They don't smell appealing and typically I can ignore that in a supplement but these left me feeling a bit icky so I did not continue to take them. I would still recommend trying them though!
