Overall I’m happy with it, and It has been easy to incorporate to my daily routine. It doesn’t taste bad at all. I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes in my immunity, but I also haven’t experienced any side effects. It’s a good supplement, although I can’t say it’s made a significant difference for me so far.

The pills are not as big as other supplements pills so they are easy to swallow. They have good ingredients as well.
