They gave me gastric discomfort regardless of how I took them (before/after a meal) and had a strange, cruciferous vegetable aftertaste. I could get over the flavor/smell if they did not bother my stomach, but since did, I would skip these and focus on whole foods as a glutathione source.

They smell horrendous. I've been taking these pills for about a month and notice no discernible difference in how I feel. Maybe a month isn't enough time to feel the effects of the pill however every day when I would take it it would get stuck in my throat and I've have awful heartburn. It tasted like dirt but so do most vitamins so I won't hold it against these ones specifically. That said, would not repurchase.
