I haven’t noticed any major benefits yet. I know it takes time and usually, need to give it 60-90 days to notice a difference. Overall, it’s an ok product, but the odor makes it a 3/5 to me.

It's not a large pill, about the same size as a Tylenol, so not hard to swallow. Haven't noticed a difference in the way I feel since I've been taking them, probably too early to tell.

There’s no weird odor and it’s easy to swallow with no weird textures. I believe over time with consistent use I should experience the benefits, but I’m still very new to using this product. I had recently gotten some blood work done at my doctors and it’s seemed to help lower some of my numbers that were originally on the higher side of the scale. The pills have no flavor and they haven’t given me that feeling where the pill feels like it’s stuck in my throat so that’s an extra bonus on its own right there.
