I am not great with large pills but these capsules have been very easy to take. I have been taking one capsule per day with a glass of water for antioxidant support. I have not noticed any negative side effects or aftertaste. I look forward to continue taking these supplements and experiencing the positive effects.

I appreciate that this is in capsule form so is easy to take and swallow.
