The smell and taste were just too rancid for me. If you’re sensitive to strong odors or tastes, I’d definitely pass on these capsules.

They're also easy to swallow. I take it on an empty stomach with no issues. I've also tried taking it alone because I'm not sure how it could interact with other vitamins. Unfortunately, I think this is one of those things you'd have to use a long time before really knowing if you get true results, so I cannot comment on that. The only other downside is that they have a weird smell I can't even describe. Just be warned, it's odd.

Must take with a full glass of water simply because if you don’t, you’ll burp and it will taste even more horrible than these smell. That aside, the supplement itself, for me, presented no side effects. Supposedly supports immunity health, but I did get a respiratory cold while taking these. Maybe it’s better for your immune support in the long term.

I haven’t had any noticeable changes per se, but this type of supplement isn’t one that would necessarily give this. Glutathione is an antioxidant, and a pretty powerful one at that. The liposomal aspect of it is nice because it insures the ingredients make it where it needs to without breaking down on its way there, ie surviving the stomach.
