They are easy to swallow and love that they’re coated in the capsule. Also love that it can be taken for immune support or anti-inflammatory.

I like that they are gel caps because, it makes them easy to swallow and dissolve well. The dark container also protects them from going bad. All around a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Youtheory Liposomal Glutathione+ has helped me a bit as I am experiencing the stages of early onset menopause. I’m still trying to figure out which supplements to take for relief of hot flashes among other symptoms, but I’m happy to report that these are helping. I know this is not advertised to help with my issues but it has helped me with inflammation relief especially around my ankles/feet and immune support. The pills are a little hard to swallow only because they have an odd sulphur-like smell and taste, but once they go down I’m not burping up the smell and there’s no lingering aftertaste. Well worth trying.

The packaging feels high quality, and I like that the formula includes both glutathione and resveratrol. So far they’ve been easy to add to my daily routine, but I need more time to notice any long-term results.

There’s been no irritation, and it’s hard to say if I feel or see anything different because it’s been a short time. I am very interested in the glutathione, and the effects it has on the body by reducing oxidative stress. This supplement also has resveratrol, which helps with antioxidant support and stress. I am excited to keep taking as glutathione is great for keeping hair and skin healthy and restored as we age. The only downside to these are they smell kind of strong, so it can take a minute to get used to. There is no after taste though and I really like how Youtheory is transparent with their ingredient list and labelling.

I wouldn't expect dramatic changes in weight, energy, or "detox" from it. Also, if you take blood thinners or certain medications, resveratrol can have interactions, so it's worth checking with your pharmacist.
