I’m not quite sure I notice a huge difference in anything since starting but with continued use I am hopeful. I’m hoping it is helping with inflammation and doing good for my body. The pills are easy to swallow and a normal size. They do not smell good though which I find in a lot of supplements.

I was excited to add this liposomal glutathione + resveratrol. When I purchase a supplement I always look for liposomal because it delivers to your system better. I like that this also includes L-Taurine which is an essential amino acid. You have the option to take one capsule a day for antioxidant support or 2 capsules for immune support. Now, the two cons in my opinion are that there is no clear indicator of how much resveratrol per capsule…would love to see that. And the modified food starch. I’m not a huge fan of modified anything. But, overall I do find this to be a good supplement and I‘ve added it to my daily stack.

Great storage container and enough in a bottle. There is a slight odor and taste that is not super appealing. I wish I didn’t taste it but the better way is to take a big gulp of water.
