Especially when I receive the product to try in the change for my opinion as was the case with this particular supplement. I was instantly intrigued by the ingredients and headed to the internet to research each one. I was excited to see the benefits as claimed. According to my research the main ingredient of this- glutathione is great as for immune support and also detoxification & liver health. Also, allegedly this is support to held with cellular aging. The liposomal delivery is supposed to be more effective and easier on the stomach as far as delivery of the supplement. I found this the case as I took these on an empty stomach and had zero digestive issues which is very important to me. I also found the size of the pill very easy to swallow and liked that you could take 1-2 a day and not several at different times with a meal; that’s usually a deal breaker for me. In addition to the main ingredients these contain resveratrol which helps with aging. I did notice the next day after taking these that I felt pretty good and slept well as had plenty of energy. This may have been a coincidence but I am still excited to see the long term benefits. The only draw back to these was that upon opening the bottle the smell was pretty obnoxious. But that did not affect the taste. Also, the bottle size was pretty large for the amount of pills inside. All in all though I would recommend these so far!

I intentionally keep my dietary choices clean and avoid artificial dyes, flavors or preservatives, so I really appreciate that this comes as a clean vegetarian capsule. The pills themselves are completely tasteless and very easy to take going down smoothly with just a glass of water. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the quality ingredients and added liposomal delivery. The only downside is the smell. It has a noticeable sulfur-like odor that can be a bit off-putting when opening the bottle. Fortunately, the smell doesn’t linger after taking it. If you’re sensitive to odors, it’s something to be aware of, but otherwise this is a solid supplement that I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with this Glutathione supplement! I have some experience with different glutathione brands, and this one measures up quite well. I especially like its price point, because some run as much as double this price. But I still could like it even more if it had more servings for this price point. The quality seems good so far, but honestly it does require long term use to be sure about its quality. It’s a nice extra touch that it also has added resveratrol and L Taurine. I personally was just needing the glutathione, but I will gladly take the couple others added as the cherry on top. Smell wise, I’m wondering if something in this is a garlic derivative, because it smells very garlicky to me. Which is ok for me personally. The packaging is fine, it’s plastic… I would rather glass personally, but barely any brands offer glass bottles anymore. I wish they would be more considerate of PFAS. I’ve taken some Youththeory products in the past, and they have been hit and miss. This one is a hit in my opinion, along with their collagen which I also currently have in my home and purchased myself. Whilst I’ve seen some of their other supps have sugars in them, which defeats the entire purpose of a health supplement. lol! So you have to really scrutinize ingredients here, to see what’s best for your body. I would indeed recommend this.

Overall I’m happy with it, and It has been easy to incorporate to my daily routine. It doesn’t taste bad at all. I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes in my immunity, but I also haven’t experienced any side effects. It’s a good supplement, although I can’t say it’s made a significant difference for me so far.
