The ingredients are all natural and the pill size is not too big. The pill bottle is massive for the quantity of pills received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Youtheory vitamins for a few months now, including the liposomal glutathione so getting a sample bottle was a full circle experience. Overall I feel good and more “with it” if you will. I have transitioned my meals to be a variety of anti inflammatory foods and entering the next decade of my life I am really trying to take better care of myself from the outside in. This vitamin basically provides the body with the glutathione it loses and supports the body at the cellular level. Overall I feel a positive difference. I think some of the first things I noticed is I feel more in tune with my body and more comfortable in my body. I notice subtle things but to me these are big things. I don’t experience mental haziness like I did before and I feel/look less inflamed in my face. Things like this can take a minute before noticing a difference because the body has to adjust to the changes and you need to build up your intake. It isn’t overnight, this is done through consistency and lifestyle change. I would recommend this vitamin to anyone looking to dial in on healthy aging and anti inflammatory goals. Inflammation causes a lot of illness so glutathione is a nonnegotiable for me. These are capsules and go down fine. I don’t notice a taste or aftertaste with these which what I prefer with vitamins. I am trying to get my mom on board with me for taking glutathione too lol! It’s a win win, there is no losing with this one.

It’s crazy because I’m bad about putting lotion on my body and feel dry sometimes but with this I’ve noticed my skin on my legs and arms have felt so much softer! I’m a firm believer that this product is doing wonders for me and I’ve tried many things. Easy to store. You can taste the pill and the ingredients but it’s not bad. Once you get it done, it’s fine. Overall, great product and I definitely will be keeping this in my routine forever!

I’m not sure if it helps reduce stress and boost memory as advertised, but I do feel my skin looks better. I think I have to take it longer to see the long term benefits. They don't smell appealing and typically I can ignore that in a supplement but these left me feeling a bit icky so I did not continue to take them. I would still recommend trying them though!

But main goal was to focus on reducing inflammation of my auto immune disorder with something that is reasonably priced. Pill is a standard sized and didn't have much taste to it. The first day I took these it felt like they were heavy in my gut and took a while to process but I thought maybe it was something I ate. The second day I got hives an hour after taking them. Very strange, I take many supplements and never had this happen. Ingredients look pretty similar to other supplements I take except for the modified food starch.
