They're easy to swallow, don't taste bad, and haven't made me nauseated. The directions say to take one daily for antioxidant support and two for immune support. It's just two capsules a day, they're easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any weird aftertaste, burping or digestive issues. So far I haven't noticed any significant changes, but it has only been about 2 weeks (review was requested to be done now). However I traveled to New York and stayed with a friend who had a cold and pink eye and I did not get sick. So my immune system is definitely operating well! I take one pill, once a day, in the mornings. The scent and taste of this pill are rather yeasty, so I have tried to avoid it touching the front of my tongue and I usually take it early in my supplement rotation so it's not the last flavor in my mouth. Could be a deal breaker for some, but I just adjust/plan accordingly. I would say that it's a typical supplement pill size. I have always loved the youtheory bottles/labels, they are a very clean design and easy to open. Definitely think it can be a helpful supplement for those wanting to boost their immune system, especially with cold season coming up. I know that a lot of the benefits may not be exactly noticeable as they are operating on cellular levels and sometimes you don't realize the effects until after you stop taking them which I have yet to do. I haven't really noticed a difference yet, maybe a little more energy throughout the day. I'm hoping to see more results soon. I take the capsules everyday around lunchtime. There is a slight offputting smell when opening the jar but they don't really taste like anything, and I've no issues taking them. I will continue to take them as I am interested in the immunity benefits. I ride public transportation to work and then drive my kids to all their activities. I constantly feel sick or like I'm coming down with something, I can definitely use the boost.

The only negative is the smell of them, they smell pretty bad. They are larger capsules, for me its not an issue but for others combined with the smell it might be.

Took away stars because the taste was so bad I had to gulp it down fast and could not smell it before hand or I would puke.
