I take these daily and they give me peace of mind that I am doing something good for my body. After learning all of the benefits of glutathione and how the liposomal form is more thoroughly absorbed I am excited to have these. They do smell a little funny but it doesn't bother me or repeat on me after taking the pills. I don't feel sick or off in any way when taking these and will purchase again. I also feel that these do a good job at preventing hangover symptoms as glutathione breaks down the toxins from alcohol. Great product overall!

These are your basic vegetarian capsules texture that when taken for antioxidant benefit last two months (1 per day)/one month for immune support (2 per day) which is a decent value. I did wait to review this so I could somewhat measure the benefits and while I haven't seen a huge difference, I def feel as though my skin seems a little more glowy/hydrated but time will tell.

I've noticed that my digestion overall has improved and I do not experience as much bloating as I typically do. This liposomal formula is easy to swallow and I have no experienced any discomfort while taking it. It does have a very strong unpleasant smell, but the pill itself does not leave a bad aftertaste. I've been taking one daily in the morning with a glass of water. I'm hoping with continued use I start to see even more of the benefits including improved skin tone.

It doesn't deter me but something of note for those who are sensitive. The pills are average size. I've taken one a day for about four weeks and found very little affect. I'm not sure what I expected, and perhaps a higher dosage or a longer duration would help me see results. The results I did notice was a little more glow to my skin (great) coupled with a bit of acne (not so great). I plan to finish out the bottle but I don't have an intention to restock.

I know 10 days may not be enough time to see results, but I wanted to share my experience. One downside is the smell and taste. The capsules have a noticeable unpleasant smell, and I'm left with an unpleasant aftertaste after taking them. I'll probably continue a little longer to see if anything changes, but based on my experience so far, I'm not particularly impressed.

I've been using another brand of immunity supplements and it's great to find another brand if I ever need a substitute. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Per peer reviewed studies I found from the NIH, liposomal glutathione helps regulate oxidative stress and prevent oxidative stress related illnesses. The instructions are simple - take 1 per day for antioxidant support and 2 per day for immune support. You can tell the product is genuine because it has a very strong sulfur smell, and doesn't taste great either. The capsules are a little large as well, especially if you have trouble swallowing pills. I didn't feel a huge difference from taking them, but again, the science appears to back it up. I gave three stars because it is unpleasant to smell/taste/take the pill, but if you get used to it, this appears to be a worthwhile supplement.
