I will say that when you open the container, the pills smell bad and you don’t want them to linger on your tongue or you’ll get a bad taste. I’ve definitely been wanting to incorporate Glutathione into my routine because of all the benefits and this makes it so easy to achieve!

But main goal was to focus on reducing inflammation of my auto immune disorder with something that is reasonably priced. Pill is a standard sized and didn't have much taste to it. The first day I took these it felt like they were heavy in my gut and took a while to process but I thought maybe it was something I ate. The second day I got hives an hour after taking them. Very strange, I take many supplements and never had this happen. Ingredients look pretty similar to other supplements I take except for the modified food starch.
