I just have it with water because the one time I tried having it with a flavored beverage I almost gagged. HOWEVER, the bottle does a good job of not letting any of the stink out, and the pills are not too big so they are easy to swallow. I leave the bottle on my desk so I remember to take them every time that I sit down to work after lunch. The ingredients are good and bioavailable, which is all I really care about. I haven't noticed any big differences, but I usually get sick during the summer and this time Ive been so far so good. It fits nicely in my routine so I don't see why not help my body in some more invisible ways.

I didn't get so much as a sore throat while taking this supplement, despite my husband and daughter both reporting feeling under the weather, so it must be doing its job! I didn't feel nauseas or jittery either, which I sometimes do with a new supplement. The only down side is the massive size of the capsule. My ability to swallow large capsules diminishes yearly so I would love to see this available in a gummy!

I take one before bed, as I my research told me that there's a chance it could upset your tummy. And it did, only mildly the next morning the first few times I took it. I have noticed an improvement in my body overall and inflammation (I have trouble with this living with an autoimmune disease) and my body takes a bit less time to recover. However, the change has been very subtle and I haven't been as diligent as I'd like to get the most out of this experience! I'm optimistic that taking it every day will improve your overall wellbeing and reduce inflammation!
