So far, I’m not seeing much of a difference in my body, perhaps it’s still working on the cellular level. Am hoping that the antioxidant effects accumulate in time for flu season. Pill was easy to swallow and didnt leave any weird aftertaste. I do like how it’s vegetarian and has no animal products. Tho, it is a bit on the expensive side. Really hoping for the price, it will support my overall immunity.

One bottle can last for 2 month. I’ve been using glutathione for 3 months so far and notice my skin tone getting brighten. I add it to my daily supplement every time after lunch or breakfast. Worth the value to buy and try.

I will say these do not smell the best which is why i took off a star, but they dont taste bad so thats good. I havent noticed a great difference in my immunity but if thats something you are concerned about these would be great for you
