Although the pills do have a bit of an odor, I didn't find that they had a bad taste. I've only taken this supplement about a month, but it seems to be doing its job. With supplements like these you usually need at least 3 months to notice the real difference. With Cymbiotika I noticed changes faster and my body didn't react to them like to these. I am pretty positive these made me bloated while being half way through the bottle (was taking one a day) because the bloating lasted strangely long, until I stopped taking them. The pills/bottle definitely have an odor but I am personally not that bothered by it. I wouldn't repurchase and I'd choose a different brand instead.

I've been taking it consistently for about 3 weeks, and the biggest thing I appreciate is how EASY it is to incorporate. It's just two capsules a day, they're easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any weird aftertaste, burping or digestive issues. Because respectfully, I do not want my supplements announcing themselves for the next four hours. 😭 This formula combines glutathione with resveratrol and is designed to support antioxidant defense, healthy cellular function and immune health. Obviously those aren't things I can look in the mirror and measure overnight (imagine me being like “wow, my cells look AMAZING today” 😂), but I love knowing that I'm supporting my body from the inside while I'm doing all of the other things I already prioritize like exercise, nutrition, skincare and sleep. I also haven't gotten sick while taking it, which I will happily take as a win during a time when it feels like somebody is ALWAYS coughing somewhere. 😂 For me, supplements like this are less about expecting some crazy overnight transformation and more about consistency and investing in my long-term wellness. I take one before bed, as I my research told me that there's a chance it could upset your tummy. And it did, only mildly the next morning the first few times I took it. I have noticed an improvement in my body overall and inflammation (I have trouble with this living with an autoimmune disease) and my body takes a bit less time to recover. However, the change has been very subtle and I haven't been as diligent as I'd like to get the most out of this experience! I'm optimistic that taking it every day will improve your overall wellbeing and reduce inflammation!

It also helps detoxifies your body. I've been using liposomal glutathione for two years now, and switched over to the youtheory brand to test it out. This product is effective but keep in mind that it must be used for a minimum of six weeks to see a difference and since I've been using it for two years, the swap over a different brand didn't impact it that much. My skin is brighter clear and I definitely feel more energetic when I take it. A perk is that this also contains Riveria. I was previously taking this supplement separately so this is a two in one product!
