So far I haven't noticed any significant changes, but it has only been about 2 weeks (review was requested to be done now). However I traveled to New York and stayed with a friend who had a cold and pink eye and I did not get sick. So my immune system is definitely operating well! I take one pill, once a day, in the mornings. The scent and taste of this pill are rather yeasty, so I have tried to avoid it touching the front of my tongue and I usually take it early in my supplement rotation so it's not the last flavor in my mouth. Could be a deal breaker for some, but I just adjust/plan accordingly. I would say that it's a typical supplement pill size. I have always loved the youtheory bottles/labels, they are a very clean design and easy to open. Definitely think it can be a helpful supplement for those wanting to boost their immune system, especially with cold season coming up. I know that a lot of the benefits may not be exactly noticeable as they are operating on cellular levels and sometimes you don't realize the effects until after you stop taking them which I have yet to do. However, after a couple weeks I noticed that my gut felt healthier. I also work in a school and haven't gotten sick like I normally do around the beginning of the year. The immune support alone is worth continuing to take these supplements!

I also noticed less bloating and less brain fog. Improving my diet along with these capsules seems to have helped more. The capsules do not smell weird and also did not upset my stomach. Would recommend people try for themselves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in healthcare so I was very excited to try these. I can't say they don't work becuase I have not gotten sick while taking them, but I really can't handle the smell/taste. It reminds me of a sour garlic smell and the taste seems to linger.
