The capsules are easy to swallow, and although you don't really notice the texture, they're smooth and don't feel bulky. The smell is mild and not unpleasant, which I appreciate. Since they're capsules, there is no taste at all, making them easy to take every day. They've also been gentle on my stomach, even when I take them with a light meal. I'm looking forward to seeing more long-term benefits, especially for my skin, but overall I'm happy with this supplement.

I take it in the morning with breakfast, and my body feels much more energetic throughout the day, without the tiredness I used to experience a few hours after work. My skin looks much more balanced, without looking dull or dry. I haven’t experienced any discomfort while taking the pills. They’re a moderate size and easy to swallow. For the price, I think it’s good.

The smell was repulsive but I was willing to ignore that because I loved the energy increase it seemed to have. I thought the bloat will subside after a week or two of taking it, but by week 3, I was far too uncomfortable to continue.

I especially like its price point, because some run as much as double this price. But I still could like it even more if it had more servings for this price point. The quality seems good so far, but honestly it does require long term use to be sure about its quality. It’s a nice extra touch that it also has added resveratrol and L Taurine. I personally was just needing the glutathione, but I will gladly take the couple others added as the cherry on top. Smell wise, I’m wondering if something in this is a garlic derivative, because it smells very garlicky to me. Which is ok for me personally. The packaging is fine, it’s plastic… I would rather glass personally, but barely any brands offer glass bottles anymore. I wish they would be more considerate of PFAS. I’ve taken some Youththeory products in the past, and they have been hit and miss. This one is a hit in my opinion, along with their collagen which I also currently have in my home and purchased myself. Whilst I’ve seen some of their other supps have sugars in them, which defeats the entire purpose of a health supplement. lol! So you have to really scrutinize ingredients here, to see what’s best for your body. I would indeed recommend this.

The ingredients are all natural and the pill size is not too big. The pill bottle is massive for the quantity of pills received.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find it interesting that these have a liposomal coating which allows the glutathione to reach the stomach without being digested thats pretty cool. I will say these do not smell the best which is why i took off a star, but they dont taste bad so thats good. I havent noticed a great difference in my immunity but if thats something you are concerned about these would be great for you
