I was curious to try it myself because it's supposed to help healthy cellular function reduce inflammation and helps against oxidative stress. It's supposed to help with immunity and someone with an autoimmune disease. I'm willing to try anything. The pills don't taste the best when they go down they are large and powdery so just make sure you drink enough water I took them for almost a month and I didn't have any reactions. Overall, anything keeping me healthy longer I will continue to try. The packaging was great. It's black, which won't let the sun in, and it keeps the smell of the vitamins contained. The smell isn't pleasant however normally vitamins are not. This is something I will continue to take in the future.

I keep the bottle right on my desk at work, which makes it easy to remember and has helped me stay consistent with taking it every day. I started with one capsule daily, but once my kids went back to school—and inevitably started bringing home all the usual school germs—I increased to two capsules per day. Since then, I haven't been getting sick as often, and it genuinely seems to be supporting my immune system. As a Naturopathic doctor, I understand the importance of Glutathione and have taken and recommended many different brands over the years. I always try to use liposomal given its absorbability and appreciate that this one is made from sunflower phosphatidylcholine rather than Soy and includes resveratrol from Knotweed and Taurine. Overall, this has become an easy, convenient supplement to keep at work. The caps are easy to swallow and I plan to continue using it—especially during the school year. The only downside for me is the Proposition 65 warning. I understand that this warning is related to California labeling requirements for potential exposure to listed chemicals and can appear on products sold in California regardless of where they are made. While I would prefer to see product-specific contaminant testing, I appreciate that the company includes the disclosure rather than leaving consumers unaware. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an experience with Liposomal Glutathione from Cymbiotika so I was excited to try a different brand and a form of pills. With supplements like these you usually need at least 3 months to notice the real difference. With Cymbiotika I noticed changes faster and my body didn't react to them like to these. I am pretty positive these made me bloated while being half way through the bottle (was taking one a day) because the bloating lasted strangely long, until I stopped taking them. The pills/bottle definitely have an odor but I am personally not that bothered by it. I wouldn't repurchase and I'd choose a different brand instead.

While I didn't notice a difference with that I have noticed that I haven't gotten as sick as much as I used to. I have kids going to school, so you know that I'm always exposed to whatever my kids are exposed to. It has an herbal taste but it's not too potent. I've seen some people say it tastes strong but I barely tasted anything, and I did have the capsule disintegrate a bit in my mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this product for about 30 days and I'm very impressed. Liposomal glutathione is incredibly important for skin brightening. It also helps detoxifies your body. I've been using liposomal glutathione for two years now, and switched over to the youtheory brand to test it out. This product is effective but keep in mind that it must be used for a minimum of six weeks to see a difference and since I've been using it for two years, the swap over a different brand didn't impact it that much. My skin is brighter clear and I definitely feel more energetic when I take it. A perk is that this also contains Riveria. I was previously taking this supplement separately so this is a two in one product!
