I’ve been using them for a few days now and definitely feel an increase in energy levels. I take one pill in the morning and it lasts well without a crash. My biggest complaint is how bad they smell! When I open the canister my kitchen reeks for 10 minutes and the taste even temporarily makes me gag a little. Otherwise they’re fantastic.

They are easy to swallow. The only thing I don’t like is the smell when I open the bottle. It’s pretty strong and not pleasant, maybe because it’s a plastic bottle. I haven’t had any noticeable changes per se, but this type of supplement isn’t one that would necessarily give this. Glutathione is an antioxidant, and a pretty powerful one at that. The liposomal aspect of it is nice because it insures the ingredients make it where it needs to without breaking down on its way there, ie surviving the stomach.

They have sixty capsules per pack but they recommend two a day for immune support, one package will be enough for a month supply. Capsules do not have any negative taste or smell, I’ve been taking them about a week now, and although I do not notice a huge change I know these often take time to help with energy and other benefits. I’ll continue through this pack to see how it works over time.

I can’t say I’ve seen huge dramatic changes, but I do feel like I see some small changes and benefits with consistent use. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a strong unpleasant taste like some of the other supplements I have tried. overall, I am happy with it and considering continuing to use.
