The capsules are easy to swallow with no stomach irritation, which I really appreciate. I notice less inflammation in the morning, which has been a nice surprise. I like knowing that I’m giving my body extra antioxidant support with the glutathione, resveratol, taurine blend. Off to a great start!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Youtheory Liposomal Glutathione+ pills are quite large and do have an odor to them. They are fairly easy to swallow and dissolve quickly. I do like that fact that I can take one pill daily and it doesn’t upset my stomach. I’ve seen an improvement in my energy and immune system since starting these and feel like they are helping.

I work with small children and am always on the lookout for products that will prevent me from getting sick. I've been using another brand of immunity supplements and it's great to find another brand if I ever need a substitute. The smell and taste aren't that great, but I'm always willing to sacrifice that if it does what it intends to do.

I also did experience some abdominal cramping which I found out can be caused by glutathione. I had to stop using this because it was causing my rosacea to flare so I can't really say if I noticed a difference or not. It also does have a weird smell it almost smells garlicy, which can definitely be a little offputting, but the capsules were a decent size. I didn't have trouble with taking it when I did take it. Just bummed that it didn't work out for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really liked adding Youtheory Longevity Liposomal Glutathione to my routine. I keep the bottle right on my desk at work, which makes it easy to remember and has helped me stay consistent with taking it every day. I started with one capsule daily, but once my kids went back to school—and inevitably started bringing home all the usual school germs—I increased to two capsules per day. Since then, I haven't been getting sick as often, and it genuinely seems to be supporting my immune system. As a Naturopathic doctor, I understand the importance of Glutathione and have taken and recommended many different brands over the years. I always try to use liposomal given its absorbability and appreciate that this one is made from sunflower phosphatidylcholine rather than Soy and includes resveratrol from Knotweed and Taurine. Overall, this has become an easy, convenient supplement to keep at work. The caps are easy to swallow and I plan to continue using it—especially during the school year. The only downside for me is the Proposition 65 warning. I understand that this warning is related to California labeling requirements for potential exposure to listed chemicals and can appear on products sold in California regardless of where they are made. While I would prefer to see product-specific contaminant testing, I appreciate that the company includes the disclosure rather than leaving consumers unaware. I was given a sample of this product in exchange for my honest review.
