[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking Youtheory vitamins for a few months now, including the liposomal glutathione so getting a sample bottle was a full circle experience. Overall I feel good and more “with it” if you will. I have transitioned my meals to be a variety of anti inflammatory foods and entering the next decade of my life I am really trying to take better care of myself from the outside in. This vitamin basically provides the body with the glutathione it loses and supports the body at the cellular level. Overall I feel a positive difference. I think some of the first things I noticed is I feel more in tune with my body and more comfortable in my body. I notice subtle things but to me these are big things. I don’t experience mental haziness like I did before and I feel/look less inflamed in my face. Things like this can take a minute before noticing a difference because the body has to adjust to the changes and you need to build up your intake. It isn’t overnight, this is done through consistency and lifestyle change. I would recommend this vitamin to anyone looking to dial in on healthy aging and anti inflammatory goals. Inflammation causes a lot of illness so glutathione is a nonnegotiable for me. These are capsules and go down fine. I don’t notice a taste or aftertaste with these which what I prefer with vitamins. I am trying to get my mom on board with me for taking glutathione too lol! It’s a win win, there is no losing with this one.

I am always looking for healthy and all natural products, so I was excited to try this to gear up for school starting soon, especially with 4 kids always bringing home germs. Glutathione is such a great antioxidant and the liposomal formula is great for absorption. The resveratrol is a good addition, but it’s a very tiny amount, as well as taurine. It was very easy to swallow and I had zero side effects from this.

Especially when I receive the product to try in the change for my opinion as was the case with this particular supplement. I was instantly intrigued by the ingredients and headed to the internet to research each one. I was excited to see the benefits as claimed. According to my research the main ingredient of this- glutathione is great as for immune support and also detoxification & liver health. Also, allegedly this is support to held with cellular aging. The liposomal delivery is supposed to be more effective and easier on the stomach as far as delivery of the supplement. I found this the case as I took these on an empty stomach and had zero digestive issues which is very important to me. I also found the size of the pill very easy to swallow and liked that you could take 1-2 a day and not several at different times with a meal; that’s usually a deal breaker for me. In addition to the main ingredients these contain resveratrol which helps with aging. I did notice the next day after taking these that I felt pretty good and slept well as had plenty of energy. This may have been a coincidence but I am still excited to see the long term benefits. The only draw back to these was that upon opening the bottle the smell was pretty obnoxious. But that did not affect the taste. Also, the bottle size was pretty large for the amount of pills inside. All in all though I would recommend these so far!

It’s very easy to swallow with water or juice. The first time I took it before bed in the morning I felt a lot less puffy and bloated as I usually do. The capsules are a pretty average size and go down smoothly without that harsh chemical or sulfur smell that a lot of antioxidant supplements usually have. The amber bottle flip cap is handy when you're rushing through your morning routine, though it can be a little stiff to snap shut if your hands are dry. Haven't had any stomach discomfort at all taking them daily, which is definitely a plus.

Very happy that it’s Lipsomal I want my supplements to go in my body where they need to and not just run through my body without doing its job. Don’t be surprised or concerned with the smell, Glutathione doesn’t smell very good or taste good but being in pill form you don’t have to be concerned with the taste. You will be happy with the results. Just remember as with most products you need to give it a while to feel the results. Worth it.
