Easy to incorporate into your daily routine, I usually take them first thing in the morning with a big glass of water followed by breakfast. I think it works for me in the morning and it gives me a bit of energy boost to get my day going. I can't speak to its actual benefits yet because I haven't taken it long enough, but I will continue to buy and take them if I start seeing changes. I like that it's liposomal glutathione because it increases absorption and has a higher chance of actually getting to the cells according to my research. They don't have a weird aftertaste nor will you get some weird herbal burps, so don't worry about that.

Looking over the label, I immediately noticed the prop 65 label that some of the ingredients may cause reproductive harm. As someone wanting kids, I'm not taking my chances. On top of that, that smell is horrendous and I don't think I'd be able to choke them down anyways. Do not recommend, especially for anyone who wants kids!

These are a great addition to my daily routine and haven't made me feel nauseous like others have sometimes made me feel.

The ingredients are good for immunity and combating oxidative stress which help strengthen your cells and prevent cellular damage. The pill itself is on the larger size, however I like how you only have to take 1-2 pills daily to achieve the effects, unlike other supplements that require you to take 3-4 pills. It does smell weird when you open the packaging but has no taste. Like most supplements, I think you would see a difference after taking this consistently for a few weeks/months but it is definitely worth a shot, especially if it does indeed boost immunity and works as an antioxidant.
