The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the quality ingredients and added liposomal delivery. The only downside is the smell. It has a noticeable sulfur-like odor that can be a bit off-putting when opening the bottle. Fortunately, the smell doesn't linger after taking it. If you're sensitive to odors, it's something to be aware of, but otherwise this is a solid supplement that I would recommend.

Also, there is not bad aftertaste, usually I take them in the morning with breakfast. This states fresh and I make sure to store in a dark cabinet.
