I am always looking for healthy and all natural products, so I was excited to try this to gear up for school starting soon, especially with 4 kids always bringing home germs. Glutathione is such a great antioxidant and the liposomal formula is great for absorption. The resveratrol is a good addition, but it's a very tiny amount, as well as taurine. It was very easy to swallow and I had zero side effects from this.
