[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vitamin seems to be high quality but I just can't get past the smell. It smells awful. Like garlic. Seems to be a durable capsule. The price value is pretty good and fortunately the dosage is not crazy high .

The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the quality ingredients and added liposomal delivery. The only downside is the smell. It has a noticeable sulfur-like odor that can be a bit off-putting when opening the bottle. Fortunately, the smell doesn't linger after taking it. If you're sensitive to odors, it's something to be aware of, but otherwise this is a solid supplement that I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for one supplement that contained the right combination of these all together and am so happy.I have tried other supplements from youth theory, and I was never disappointed.This comes in capsule form so I take one daily before breakfast or if I forget I take few hours before another meal.There is no annoying taste or smell to it and it is as other capsule supplements.I am taking for antioxidant support.I had no side effects and I would continue using it as am in my late 40s now and I need all the antioxidant and liver support.

The sheer volume of harmful stressors on our immune system can easily create a harmful imbalance. Glutathione boosts immune function and reduces inflammation. These pills show consistency in design and easy to swallow. I do have improved clarity of thought and energy, however that's difficult to pinpoint.
