Could be a coincidence, but I have a little one in daycare and haven't been sick since I started taking them. Packaging is pretty, but definitely lighter / cheaper feeling than some other leading brands, but I think that's great if it helps keep the price low / saves plastic. Instructions lead with one tablet per day which I also love because taking 2 can feel overwhelming. Overall great product and very happy!

Unlike other supplements that have caused upset when taken on an empty stomach this product was perfectly fine. I felt a little tickle in my throat and reached for these supplements immediately. I will say that the odor is a little off-putting but it wasn't a dealbreaker. The supplements were easy to take with some water and I think they were helpful in keeping the tickle in my throat from becoming a cold or worse.
