I’m not quite sure I notice a huge difference in anything since starting but with continued use I am hopeful. I’m hoping it is helping with inflammation and doing good for my body. The first thing I should mention is the smell and the taste. They have a mild aroma and taste that reminds me of leafy greens. I definitely wouldn’t call these tasty but it’s manageable and I got used to it quickly. I’m actually happy that they don’t taste fake with additives. As for the results, I’m really happy with them. I just feel healthier overall and more energized throughout the day. Something that really stood out to me was that one day I felt like I was getting a canker sore, but within a couple days the sore never actually developed at all.
