[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me say right away, these stink! The moment you open it, the unpleasant scent hits your nose. Even worse, you taste that smell when you take these. As soon as you swallow, you are left with the aftertaste of what I can only describe as rotten garlic. I did not let that get in my way, I just chug it and eat something sweet right after. But, to sensative noses and tummys, beware. The packaging is cute, but too big for the amount that comes inside. Takes up a lot of room in the cabinet for no reason. As for what I am feeling, if I’m honest … nothing. But, at the same time I have had a lot of energy since starting. So I am assuming the added energy is a result of adding this to my diet. I won’t bore you with why I wanted to try them, but so far I will keep taking them and see where it takes me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this supplement is pretty good, however, I’d rate it a 3/5 because like most supplements, it takes a couple weeks/months to really start noticing any physical changes. The ingredients are good for immunity and combating oxidative stress which help strengthen your cells and prevent cellular damage. The pill itself is on the larger size, however I like how you only have to take 1-2 pills daily to achieve the effects, unlike other supplements that require you to take 3-4 pills. It does smell weird when you open the packaging but has no taste. Like most supplements, I think you would see a difference after taking this consistently for a few weeks/months but it is definitely worth a shot, especially if it does indeed boost immunity and works as an antioxidant.
