This Liposomal Glutathione+ by Youtheory delivers a natural antioxidant with some healthy fat so it can be absorbed by your body better. I take two as directed for immunity support and so far, so good. The smell is not great, but these are meant to be swallowed and not sniffed anyways. Perhaps in the future, it could be altered in some way to have less of strong odor. They're a regular size capsule. These will definitely help you get a pep in your step if you're looking for detoxification as well. If you aren't a person that focuses a lot on an extremely healthy diet, then you should definitely give these a try, as these can help fill in nutritional gaps. These are vegetarian and will last you for 30 days if you take it as directed for immunity defense.

The consistency is a standard easy-to-swallow capsule but fair warning - I didn't like the pill smell straight out of the bottle. Thankfully, it goes down fast and doesn't leave an aftertaste. I've noticed a nice boost in overall daily recovery and vitality and for the price point, I feel the price is fair.

It has glutathione 250mg per capsule. Will need to take 2 capsules per day. Will definitely get more of this to better support my skin and immune system.

There’s 60 capsules in this bottle but there’s probably room for 200. They barely cover the bottom, the bottle is way too big it’s a waste. They also smell and taste extremely bad but I know some vitamins do. I’ll definitely still take them but I would not buy these.

I haven’t had any noticeable changes per se, but this type of supplement isn’t one that would necessarily give this. Glutathione is an antioxidant, and a pretty powerful one at that. The liposomal aspect of it is nice because it insures the ingredients make it where it needs to without breaking down on its way there, ie surviving the stomach.

Especially when I receive the product to try in the change for my opinion as was the case with this particular supplement. I was instantly intrigued by the ingredients and headed to the internet to research each one. I was excited to see the benefits as claimed. According to my research the main ingredient of this- glutathione is great as for immune support and also detoxification & liver health. Also, allegedly this is support to held with cellular aging. The liposomal delivery is supposed to be more effective and easier on the stomach as far as delivery of the supplement. I found this the case as I took these on an empty stomach and had zero digestive issues which is very important to me. I also found the size of the pill very easy to swallow and liked that you could take 1-2 a day and not several at different times with a meal; that’s usually a deal breaker for me. In addition to the main ingredients these contain resveratrol which helps with aging. I did notice the next day after taking these that I felt pretty good and slept well as had plenty of energy. This may have been a coincidence but I am still excited to see the long term benefits. The only draw back to these was that upon opening the bottle the smell was pretty obnoxious. But that did not affect the taste. Also, the bottle size was pretty large for the amount of pills inside. All in all though I would recommend these so far!

The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the quality ingredients and added liposomal delivery. The only downside is the smell. It has a noticeable sulfur-like odor that can be a bit off-putting when opening the bottle. Fortunately, the smell doesn’t linger after taking it. If you’re sensitive to odors, it’s something to be aware of, but otherwise this is a solid supplement that I would recommend.

I like that they are gel caps because, it makes them easy to swallow and dissolve well. The dark container also protects them from going bad. All around a great product.
