Free-Standing Built-in Look Zero Clearance Hinges
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just renovated our kitchen, and we have a super tight space for a refrigerator. We always wanted a 36 inches wide refrigerator but the door wouldn't open up against a wall because it requires additional spacing so that door can open. However, with this LG Free-Standing Counter-Depth with Zero-Clearance-Door-Hinges, it doesn't add any width to the product, and it almost opens up by itself. From a design point of view, we love the fact that it doesn't stick out past countertops, and virtually flush with counters and cabinets providing a built-in look. All this game changing design comes without compromising usable space in the refrigerator as this fridge provides an ample 27 cu.ft capacity. (way more than my old GE top freezer refrigerator that had only 22 cu.ft capacity) If you are looking for a built-in look design in a tight kitchen space with large capacity, look no further.
Hello, Chloe! We appreciate you sharing such a detailed and thoughtful review of your LG Refrigerator with Zero‑Clearance Door Hinges. It’s great to hear how perfectly it fits your renovated kitchen, especially in a tight space where door swing and depth really matter. The built‑in look, flush design, and generous 27 cu.ft. capacity truly make this model stand out, and your comparison to your previous refrigerator highlights just how much usable space it offers. We’re glad the design and functionality are delivering exactly what you were hoping for! For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. Best Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is an absolute must have. I am so happy that I replaced my old one with this one. There is a control panel on the right side behind the door. It controls the temperature for the fridge and the freezer. There are 3 different ice function. The indoor ice is regular cubed and crushed ice that is dispensed outside the door along with filtered water. The craft ice is round slow melting ice used for hot summers and making cocktails. The ice plus produces ice at a much faster rate when you need lots of ice quickly like for ice chests or entertaining guests. There is plenty of space in the main part of the fridge, the doors, and the freezer. Plus many more superior and unique function like the snap into place shelving. This refrigerator is perfect for any household.

Great features, looks sharp
Actually I would give it 4 1/2 or even 4 3/4 stars, because it isn't perfect. Just close to it! Love the craft ice cubes (rounds) and the freezer is really spacious. Temperature in both fridge and freezer is perfect. Wish there was more adjustability for the shelves but it's ok, we just lay the taller containers on their sides. The only thing that irked me was the lack of a drip tray in the exterior water dispenser. It took two weeks to find someone who said yes, there is supposed to be a drip tray we will send it to you but that was two weeks ago and no drip tray yet! The refrigerator fits perfectly in the space and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. If the drip tray shows up I'll change it to five stars!
Hello, Jenny. We love hearing that your LG fridge is this close to a perfect score — those craft ice spheres and the roomy freezer definitely know how to win hearts. We appreciate you hanging in there while that gets sorted out. Thrilled it fits your space so well and is keeping everything perfectly chilled. Amazing Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is next level. It has TONS of space without TAKING UP a ton of space. The edges are truly clean and fit snugly into whatever slot you put it into. The counter depth edge is flush and the door opening is flush as well. That, with 24 cu ft of space, is something I couldn't find elsewhere and I'm glad we found it here!
Hey there! That's fantastic to hear you're loving your LG fridge! We're thrilled you're finding it so spacious while maintaining a clean, space-saving design. It's great to know the counter-depth fit and flush doors are working perfectly for you! Thanks for sharing your positive experience! ^ Diego
Smudge free stainless
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am satisfied with the LG fridge, I like that it has multiple ice options including the craft ice. It takes at leastleast 24 hrs before I started getting ice. You also have to run water through it to clean out the ice making gears (it does give in off flavored ice/water flavor). The sleek ice dispenser in the door opens up more space on the shelves. Lose some door space shelves wide enough for a stick of butter to fit in. The other door has space for the milk and other items, not ideal if you are a condiment person! The fridge shelves have space and the third drawer in the fridge gives enough for cheese and meat some flat vegetables. I like that it’s counter depth and fits into the space! Easy to clean stainless steel. The water dispenser is tall for water bottles.
Hey there! It's great to hear you're satisfied with your LG fridge and enjoying the craft ice feature! We appreciate you sharing your tips about the initial ice production and cleaning process. We're glad you find the sleek ice dispenser and counter-depth design beneficial. It's helpful to know about the shelf space and how it accommodates different items. We're also happy to hear the stainless steel is easy to clean and that the water dispenser is tall enough for your water bottles. Thanks for sharing your detailed experience! ^ Diego
Love this product!
I recently received and replaced my LG top freezer refrigerator with this LG Zero Clearance Counter-Depth Max model, and it fits perfectly in the compact space of my kitchen. After using it for about two weeks, I'm extremely satisfied with its new features, especially the Craft Ice and ThinQ connectivity. The Zero Clearance feature allows the door to open fully, even in the tight cabinet space. The sleek handle adds a modern touch to the kitchen, while the slimmer door design saves space. The refrigerator's capacity is ideal for a two-person household and even more. I highly recommend this product to others!
