My last LG fridge lasted 18 years.  Hopefully this one gets close.  So far so good.

Please, please, please, make this zero clearance French model in a 30” width. There are so many customers who have smaller condos and nobody make a higher end fridge for our needs. LG would completely corner this market. I just bought a new fridge and would throw it out if a 30” model ever became available.

Great product so far. We’ve only had it 24 hours but it’s performing perfectly so far. Love the ice dispenser in the door. Not a lot of brands offer that anymore. It’s great looking and a far very happy. I’ve had an LG fridge before and find it superior to any other I’ve tried. Lots of great features such as craft ice and WiFi connectivity.

Great quality and great features.

Nice fridge that has good features and good size fits in the spot. But first day it shows scratches and small dents from normal use. I have to be careful every time I open it just to make sure I don't damage it. I don't like the fingerprint proof surface I think that's what makes it delicate. I bought this because of the zero clearance and because I had an LG fridge in my old house that I loved I also have an LG dishwasher that I love, but I would not have bought this. Had I known it was so easy to dent.

The product does not work at all.  The compressor doesn't function.  I want a new different unit.  This one never worked at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I want a new unit I do not I repeat I do not want this one repaired It is brand new and it never worked

I bought this fridge and in one month there was water leakage from water dispenser.
I have called the LG customer care 4 times and every time they ask me to try something like reduce the pressure on pipeline(tried it), replace the filter(I did), add water softener(which I already have) and now they suggested to call the plumber and ask him to fix the issue. I dont understand how will the plumber fix an issue inside a fridge. Worst after product service. I will never buy an LG product again.

This refrigerator’s ice maker makes this frig a piece of junk. I rely on ice and I’m sick of cleaning out/fixing the ice maker. I wouldn’t buy an lg refrigerator again for this reason.
