this is an odd yet expensive refrigerator. where do i start ... First of all the doors dont open very wide so it makes it hard to get things in and out of the refrigerator. im not a huge guy but when both doors are open , my arms hit the sides of the doors when i reach into it. also both doors need to be fully open to get the cheese and meat drawer to slide. the craft ice maker is kind of a gimmick, it takes up a lot of space, and even though the ice container looks big it will only fill it to one layer, which wastes more space , also it only makes a couple ice cubes a day even on the fast mode , which wouldn't be a big deal if the regular made enough ice to fill a Stanley cup, but it cant keep up, and also the door ice maker has a tendency to freeze up so you need to open it from time to time to break up the ice in the door ice maker. the dispenser for the door ice maker is really kinda slow too , you will stand there for a bit filling a large cup. i contacted LG about my issues with the doors , but they told me sorry you bought so you own it all in all it feels like a really cheap build and i wouldn't suggest you buy this unit , i wish i hadn't ... in fact i wouldn't buy an appliance from LG again

I really enjoy how easy this fridge makes it to keep them tidy and accessible. I don't need to dig through shelves to find what I need. The in-door shelves are really deep, which is an upgrade for me. I'm very pleased, and I do in fact notice the difference with the slim profile doors and Zero Clearance Hinges. It's sleek and modern - I'm happy they don't jut halfway out into the kitchen like my last fridge while still offering plenty of interior space. ALSO I always use a Stanley cup for ice and water throughout the day and the Tall Ice and Water Dispenser on this fridge makes it a lot easier to get my huge cup in there to fill it up. That’s a really nice bonus I hadn’t thought about but am thrilled with. I’ve always been a huge fan of LG TVs so I thought it was time to try their kitchen appliances and I’m very, very pleased that I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife got this fridge and I’m definitely glad she did! I love the different shapes of ice and how fast it makes ice! It’s a very spacious fridge as well. We can fit quite a bit in the fridge and the freezer. I love that it has an app so I can adjust temperature settings, get notifications if the door is left open, or even track expiration dates. It also has Ice plus mode which makes more ice if you know you need more.

This fridge is a replacement for my previous LG fridge. The last fridge needed a new compressor after just 3.5 years and then again after 7 years. I swore I wouldn’t buy LG again, but I wanted to match the rest of the appliances. So far this one is working great. I’ll update this review, if needed, as the years go on. So far this fridge keeps its temps, is quiet, and makes great craft ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added the LG Counter-Depth MAX with Zero Clearance™ 3-Door French Door Refrigerator to our laundry room, and it has exceeded our expectations. We have 4 kids who eat like a whole football team, so we need all the storage!! The zero clearance doors are perfect for the tight space, allowing full functionality. I really had struggled to find a refrigerator that could work there because of the hinges until finding this! Despite its counter-depth design, the 23.7 cu. ft. capacity offers plenty of extra storage for our needs. I also love the option for craft ice!! I hate using ice trays and had contemplated getting a countertop ice maker just for this kind of ice until finding this refrigerator! I couldn't be happier with this addition to our home. And absolutely love only having to go to the grocery every 1-2 weeks now!

There is also an air freshener inside the fridge that keeps the odor fresh that is easy to clean. Best part is the fridge makes craft ice for any kind of beverage. I would recommend 10/10.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited to write this review to give the fridge almost a month of use. And it is worth it. This fridge has been incredible. The double ice maker is awesome. I love the craft ice maker. They work awesome in my wifes stainless steel water bottle, lasting longer than the smaller ice. The Smart app is also a nice addition. The door ice maker has got stuck a couple times but it is easy to fix by opening and either dumping the ice out or breaking it up. I noticed this occurred when we did not use it for the week we were on vacation. Temperature control is also great. Counter depth is really nice as you can see by the picture. The doors do not close the easiest which I have noticed being left open more than my previous fridge by my kids, however, the app notifies my phone and the fridge makes a sound. No other issues have occurred.

This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations! It works great, looks even better and it packed with useful features. I love the “Smart” capability and being able to control features remotely. Highly recommended !!

I was surprised just how much I love my new LG zero depth refrigerator. Literally gives me almost 4 inches extra space in my kitchen, which is a big deal considering I have a small kitchen. The Craft ice is awesome.
