LG not taking responsibility for an inherent manufacturing defect called spontaneous dents, my fridge is 5 months old and I woke up to six dents in the exterior freezer door

I purchased this unit about a month ago and am deeply regretting this purchase. First, the door baskets in the left hand door are so shallow they only fit a stick of butter. Weirdly they could be half an inch deeper and would still allow the door to close and greatly increase the capacity. Second, you cannot disable the door alarm which goes off simply while putting groceries away which is just beyond annoying. Can't be shut off in the app, not on the unit, not at all. Third, the plastic drawers inside are just beyond cheap and flimsy. Fourth, the ice maker in the door jams inside almost daily. Fourth, the craft ice, while interesting is a rather useless feature that takes up way too much space in the freezer. Fifth, while the zero clearance doors are nice they don't open super wide. The only redeeming thing about this unit is the zero clearance doors but those come at a price. I'd highly recommend steering clear of this thing.

What a great fridge the fact that it fit into a tight space and feels so roomy. I love the lay out. The ice makers are great with easy access. The temp has been accurate. I am very happy with this purchase!

I've had this refrigerator for 2 weeks, so it's still a learning curve. I had a 42" built-in and it's the first time I've had a french door. I really like this refrigerator's looks and it will look even better once I complete the cabinet above it. It's one of the counter depth refrigerators that has the least inches in depth and that works well for me. The zero clearance doors work great for my situation. There's lots of room in the freezer, although not enough light. The refrigerator itself seems adequate, but lacking shelves on the doors. The left hand side has two extremely shallow shelves which only fit snacks for kids, and that doesn't do me any good. Also, I have the water/ice dispenser on the door and I wish the ice cubes were larger. I do like the craft ice cubes. The vegetable bins are very large and so is the meat/cheese drawer. All in all, I really like this refrigerator and the good outweighs the not so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added the LG Counter-Depth MAX with Zero Clearance™ 3-Door French Door Refrigerator to our laundry room, and it has exceeded our expectations. We have 4 kids who eat like a whole football team, so we need all the storage!! The zero clearance doors are perfect for the tight space, allowing full functionality. I really had struggled to find a refrigerator that could work there because of the hinges until finding this! Despite its counter-depth design, the 23.7 cu. ft. capacity offers plenty of extra storage for our needs. I also love the option for craft ice!! I hate using ice trays and had contemplated getting a countertop ice maker just for this kind of ice until finding this refrigerator! I couldn't be happier with this addition to our home. And absolutely love only having to go to the grocery every 1-2 weeks now!

This fridge is a replacement for my previous LG fridge. The last fridge needed a new compressor after just 3.5 years and then again after 7 years. I swore I wouldn’t buy LG again, but I wanted to match the rest of the appliances. So far this one is working great. I’ll update this review, if needed, as the years go on. So far this fridge keeps its temps, is quiet, and makes great craft ice.

This refrigerator provides a better fit for our built-in cabinets than our previous refrigerator did. Our last refrigerator stuck out about 7”. Now with the new zero clearance refrigerator we even gained some floor space making our kitchen walkway feel wider. Also, this refrigerator just feels effortless to manage. The doors are so light they feel effortless to open, and without any restrictions. The zero clearance hinge allows us to open the refrigerator doors nice and wide making it easy to take trays out without feeling restricted of space. The refrigerator shelves are also nice and long making it easy to fit longer trays as well. The freezer drawer is deep and wide and easy to access making it easy to store so much. Not to mention, with a family that enjoys different types of drinks, the ability to have cubed, crushed and craft ice makes this refrigerator a big deal at home. This refrigerator is exactly what we needed.
