Worst chair

I have had a lazy boy office chair for the last 10
Years and was very happy with it. So I decided to buy another one. Bought it put it together and sat in it and… was the most uncomfortable chair I have aver sat in. I had to take it apart rebox and return. Very disappointed after loving this product for so many years. Had to buy a foreign made chair just to be comfortable.

Uncomfortable

This chair is extremely comfortable. After trying many chairs before purchasing this one we realized that we were impressed with the comfort and quality of the La-z-Boy brand. Unfortunately there was not a display in the store to test the chair prior to purchase. We were looking for a big & tall chair for my son (6'4) and needed a chair with a seat base long enough to be comfortable for his legs. We we decided to purchase it without testing it out and were rewarded with a great chair! The lumbar support was the best part! It is as if they understand how people use this chair.  Good lumbar support when sitting up and removing it when reclining back. The cushions are sturdy and appear to be made to last.  The structure of the chair is also sturdy for a big and tall person. I am is average height (5'6) and it is comfortable for me as well. Overall it is a quality piece of furniture for the price.
