After seeing and sitting in this chair at my local Sam’s Club, I bought it for my home office. It shipped quickly and all parts were clearly labeled. It’s a nice looking, comfortable chair, but my husband and I had problems with assembly. We read the instructions, but one of the holes in the left arm was not cleanly drilled through so the screw that was meant to pass through the chair arm and go into the side of the chair back would not pass all the way through. I shined a light into the hole and there was a big chunk of metal inside the hole sticking out and stopping the screw from going through. I could have called Customer Service and had them send me a replacement left arm, but my next door neighbor is pretty handy. He had a file attachment for his power drill and was able to smooth the inside of the hole. This should not have been necessary with a new $200 chair. I thought that was the end of it, but the holes in the chair arms were difficult to line up with the chair back. My husband and neighbor had to work together and press hard on both arms to get them lined up and attached. We did not have the arms mixed up. They’re labeled and the look and finish of the side that faces in and the side that faces out is different so it’s easy to tell which way they attach. The chair looks good and rolls and adjusts well. Not sure how it’ll hold up over time.

This chair is wonderful!! It's very comfortable. The lumbar support hits perfectly. The wheels glide so smooth even on a tile floor. It is very well made. It was very easy to put together. The overall look of the chair is beautiful. I'm very glad I purchased this chair.

I look at dimensions as my husband is 6'5" /270. He works from home, so seat depth and height are important. The dimensions on line are not the dimensions on the box. Unfortunately, I didn't see that before opening and assembly. My husband noticed right away. I called Sam's, and they could not give me an answer. Took it back talked to the manager and she said she'd look into it. So it's false advertisement.

Bought this Lazy Boy Office chair today 5/18/24 Sam's Ocala. Pretty Easy to assemble. They didn't have one on display. Looked at higher cost models by Serta at Office Depot: Thoughts: The Base is Firm on day 1. The Back is firm with support noticed in the Lumbar area. My thoughts are I think the higher end Serta felt softer, but am I willing to load this up and return it, not sure at the moment. Do I wanna assemble another chair?

Purchased this chair 2 years ago, waited for previous one to totally give out. Put this one into use 14 months ago. The upholstery is in great condition, however the hydraulics are shot and the seat is no longer attached to the base completely so you tip forward and fall out of the seat. Cannot find the purchase receipt to prove the exact date of purchase, but felt given the brand and the weight limit of 350 lbs it would be durable. No way would this chair come close to lasting 10 years. BTW previous was from Brylane Home and lasted over 8 years.

Comfortable chair for daily use, but the bonded leather has started to crack on the inside of the armrests on both sides and the seat has started to peel right at the seam. At this price and for this brand I really expected it to last more than a year.

just buy it really great chair

My wife bought me this chair to replace my current Lazy Boy. This chair is not a "big and tall" chair. It us several inches shorter, narrower, and a shorter seat depth. Really feel ripped off by Lazy Boy on this one. Going to try and return it.

Bought this chair about 18 months ago. It broke at the point where the arm bolts to the seat. Looks like others have had the same issue. I weigh 243 so I'm well under the max for this thing. VERY disappointed

bought this this past weekend. husband went to put it together and it started falling apart! very expensive cheap made chair!! DO NOT waste your time or money on this chair
