Built and started using it as soon as it arrived. Setup was easy, and the chair is extremely comfortable.

This is my chair for writing. I spend at least 3 hours each day sitting over a keyboard and this chair has saved my back!

Chair is supportive and cushion. Good Chair for a tall guy. Active lumbar is excellent.
