Early to call the reviews since I'm just registering the product but yeah, it's comfy.

Replaced wife's office chair and she is very happy with the upgrade.

Chair sits high and comfortably for my weight and height.

I bought this to replace my now discontinued version of the Sams Club lazy boy chair. This chair is far less comfortable as the old one. It has this active lumbar that will drive you crazy if you are a person that leans back in a chair a lot. And this chair barely will even lean back...I hate it at this point. The old model sat better but they fall apart quickly. Old model lasted about 1 year. I work from home so yes I am in it a lot.

Do not Recommend. It says rated for 350, but I don't think that's accurate. Falls apart after about a year. Its the BEST chair up until it breaks. I've had two of them. The base where the shock mount cracks - if you have a welder you can keep it alive longer. (remove the gas shock before welding) Where the back folds, and where it clicks in, the plastic wears out where the pin holds and then it falls "back" while sitting in it. So while this chair is my favorite most comfortable chair, it breaks easily. I do not recommend, unless you are ok with a yearly chair bill. If you aren't over 300 lbs, this chair will probably last longer.

Had to put in a review as part of the registration process. Haven’t been able to use the chair yet, but seems nice and assembly was easy.

Only one instruction book and it was in Spanish. Fortunately I've put enough furniture together tha i was able to muddle through.

Being chair-bound for 12-18 hours a day, comfort and quality is paramount for me. Finally, a chair that doesn't make my backside sore.

Great support and very wide. The lumbar support adjusts when you sit up and releases when u want to lean back. Great job
