I've only had this chair for a few days but so far it's great. I was looking for a chair that I could sit in comfortably all day and this one works. I'll use it mostly for gaming. It's especially comfortable when leaning back. I'm only 5'4" so will need to put a small stool in front of it to lean back much. It isn't quite as big as I thought it would be but it works for me.

Short seated. Bothers your legs. Height adjustment is difficult. The lumber feels as if you have a soccer ball behind you. does this have an adjustment? The chair is much smaller than the other previous versions. The seat is so short, a big butt would not fit in this chair. I threw away the box prematurely and paid to have it assembled. I'm therefore stuck with it. Never again Lazy-boy.

I had a big and tall La-Z-Boy that I bought from Sam's That I have used for ~12 years. Like all the other pictures the "leather" came off in a number of regions. I even had a front seam rip and all the front cushioning slowly broke away over the years. All the front padding finally fell of a couple months ago. I thought I was buying the same thing again. This chare is substantially smaller and of lower quality. It has an odd lumbar support feature that retracts lumbar support when you lean back. This feature is incredibly uncomfortable. My old one missing several inches at the front is more comfortable. I usually trust products from Sam's part of why I get a membership is that I know they have a limited selection but they have company buyers that get the best product for the best price for customers. That is what they sell. This new version of Sam's La-Z-Boy Big & Tall chair really misses the mark.

After spending 45 minutes assembling the chair, I am completely disappointed with the lack of comfort! The lumbar support is severely stiff and uncomfortable!!! And it makes a clunky sound when you recline ( should be a different word, because it only reclined a few inches). The entire chair feels small and the depth of the seat feels short, not much room if you could recline. Leaning backwards almost pushes you off the seat. I'm only 5'11" and 185lb. I can't imagine a larger person fitting on it. Really disappointed 😞 If the store had an assembled floor sample, I could have saved a great deal of time. Hope they'll take it back assembled... I am not keeping this!!

I'm giving 1 start because of 2 reasons 1. There were no assembly instruction in the box, so I had to assemble it finding random instructions from google 2. Within 3 weeks of buying the chair, it started malfunctioning. Its height adjustment is failing. I raise its height, but then it falls automatically when I sit on it next time I thought Lazboy to be a very good brand, but totally disappointed.

Chair will not adjust down properly. at lowest adjustment, chair will barely allow knees to get under desk. It will adjust plenty in height but will not sufficiently adjust low enoufh to get under desk Reclining adjustment does not work, chair will barely recline.

Its not that great

I purchased this online for Black Friday. I just received yesterday a few days late. I'm on here now to print the instructions as none are included in box. Not off to a good start with shipping being delayed and now no instructions. Considering just returning instead

took a while to assemble it, the chair looks really nice and that's all it is, it just look nice. It says it's for tall/big person but the seat cushion is too small, maybe for a child it would be perfect. I agree with the other reviewer, they should have one already assembled on display for customers to try it. would like to return it but the box that it came in with is already tossed away. what a waste of time going through putting it together. I am going to contact customer service and see if I can still return it.

Very comfortable and supportive. Purchased for a 6’3 gentleman and he loves it!
