This is my 3rd La-Z-Boy executive chair purchase. 1st one lasted a few years. Wore it out. Recently bought one to replace original and another one for spouse. Well built and easy to assemble.

Big fan. Nice and comfortable, solid color on the leather, controls are nice, and the active lumbar is fantastic. I was skeptical of the lumbar support at first but now I will never go without it.

Disappointed with LA-Z-Boy chair! It is very uncomfortable - when you sit on it, you feel like you're sliding forward, so there is no stability at all. It also makes clunking noises.

Leather was torn around the threaded inserts for the bolts in multiple places. The tears will likely expand as the product is used making me worry about the lifespan of the item.

Wish I could get a black one but location only had brown which was fine nice lumbar wish the lumbar was adjustable a little bit just need to get use to it

I love it. Very comfortable as I expected. My recliners are just as awesome as the office chair. Really like the lumbar in back of chair. Thank you so much.

I'm a pretty mechanical person, but the installation had me a little stumped, but after a couple of days of adjustment, I figured it out. It's very comfortable.

My 12 year old lazy boy big and tall chairs were wider and softer than these new ones. We use them at our kitchen dining table and hope they work as well.

Fairly straightforward assembly with clear institutions. I like the chair a lot but wish it leaned back just a bit more. Well designed cushions. Lumbar support is nice too.

Chair will not adjust down properly. at lowest adjustment, chair will barely allow knees to get under desk. It will adjust plenty in height but will not sufficiently adjust low enoufh to get under desk Reclining adjustment does not work, chair will barely recline.
