I thought it was getting the mini end up getting the full size one however good mistake. a 14 gallon tote from home Depot solve the storing problem along with three moving blankets from harbor freight. got it because I got stuck out in the middle of nowhere with no access to communications Don't have that problem anymore it's just like I am home

We live in a rural area, and have had no issues with our internet! Would definitely recommend to others.

The product sounds simple enough when purchased online. Nothing is really that simple. No way to properly mount included for the price.

It is being used in a very rural area. It's been very helpful knowing that we can use our phones in case of an emercency. It is easy to install, pairs quickly and has been great so far.

Installer would not install - took days to get anyone out. will simply return after management was no help at starlink

Has worked perfectly, we had a storm in San Antonio that knocked out the cell towers and internet for several days. Starlink saved the week.

For starlink to be a multibillion dollar industry I see no reason to play Temu games advertising. 1) Box claims to have everything needed to get started right away. It does as long as you don’t mind laying your receiver in the yard on the ground. You gotta pay extra for all mounting pieces. 2) Add claims $40 a month well that’s until you get to the part you pay. After locating your address you become a $120 a month person. (I’d like to know if anyone is a $40 month customer. 3) If you live in a house with covered walls not an open floor plan and bigger than 1300 sq ft. You better get your money out and buy a mesh router to extend coverage. I’m not to mad because I’m sure it discloses all this in the fine print. I just hate that they feel it’s necessary to trick ppl into buying this. After spending all the extra money it’s well worth it. (Aftermarket mounts cables etc. ) don’t spend the 400x markup. Do a little better ELON.

Do not fall for the “free install” promo with Hello Tech. NOBODY is going to install your unit! They don’t pay enough for the installers to take these jobs! Had it rescheduled several times, then I just went ahead and installed it myself. It’s not too bad to install, just do it yourself. The starlink itself is a good unit and preforms well.

Easy to set up and worth every penny! Just wish I would have canceled my other internet provider and bought this sooner. No hidden fees, no contract, easy enough you can install yourself, the speed is so fast. I went from only having internet some of time and constantly having problems with multiple outages every day to not having a single connection issue for the 2 weeks we've had it. 10/10! I can't recommend this enough. (I live in an extremely rural area without any cell service too.)

Simple setup that is guided by using the app. Can now stream 4K easily and do online gaming at same time. If I had access to fiber I would pass on this. Prior providers I’ve had are Hughesnet, 5g home internet, and fixed wireless. This Starlink blows all the past providers away for speed, latency, and convenience.
