Very good internet service. No issues during storms or on cloudy days. Living in a small town with limited internet providers this is by far the best. I did have an issue with one of the cables when I got it but the company sent a replacement very quickly

This was the most simple set up for internet ever. We bought it for a lake house that is not always occupied. We don't even have a mount for it yet. We are currently taking it out the window and sitting it on top of a pump house. You don't even have to perfect for it to give you great internet. That is an honest review because I do not like Elon Musk and this was a hard purchase for me hahahaha

The app could be improve to allow users removing devices that users no longer own. Currently users are only able to set them to pause/unpause. Also, when Starlink is misaligned by certain degree, it's not very clear as to how users should start aligning it. The picture showing in the app with the arrow pointing left or right does not tell users if how much it's been aligned as they move along with the arrow. So far Starlink is working great; however, I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it has not been through big storm or heavy rain so I am not able to rate Starlink in this function.

I thought it was getting the mini end up getting the full size one however good mistake. a 14 gallon tote from home Depot solve the storing problem along with three moving blankets from harbor freight. got it because I got stuck out in the middle of nowhere with no access to communications Don't have that problem anymore it's just like I am home

Everything about the starlink dish is so much better then we had hughesnet. We paid a lot of money monthly for hughesnet when half the time we didn't get internet. We set it up yesterday and had internet as soon as we finished installing it. Love it!

Simple setup that is guided by using the app. Can now stream 4K easily and do online gaming at same time. If I had access to fiber I would pass on this. Prior providers I’ve had are Hughesnet, 5g home internet, and fixed wireless. This Starlink blows all the past providers away for speed, latency, and convenience.

Easy to set up and worth every penny! Just wish I would have canceled my other internet provider and bought this sooner. No hidden fees, no contract, easy enough you can install yourself, the speed is so fast. I went from only having internet some of time and constantly having problems with multiple outages every day to not having a single connection issue for the 2 weeks we've had it. 10/10! I can't recommend this enough. (I live in an extremely rural area without any cell service too.)

I researched the monthly cost of this item before I ordered it. Once we got it set up I learn that the plan that was promised is not available. I had so/so service through Verizon. I had hoped this was an affordable reliable replacement. The last time I checked it looks like or bill will be over $400 for one month of usage, not including taxes or whatever fees the government will allow on the bill.

It didn't work with the kit %23 on the box so it had to be taken all back down and had to buy a magnifying glass to read the small numbers printed on the back of the dish. that ended up costing me another one hundred and fifty dollars. So no I wouldn't recommend it ever..!!

This is the worst scam ever! The kit claims to come with FREE installation. Nope. Never. HelloTech will schedule fake appointments and cancel them repeatedly, but no one will ever show up and your Starlink will never be installed. You will have to handle the install yourself OR PAY someone else to install it. The FREE installation is a complete scam, SO disappointed! Also, there is no roof mount/J-pole and bracket in the kit. It only comes with a plastic "kickstand" which will NEVER work on a roof install - lame.
