[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this cheese. It has a pungent quality to it that reminds me of Swiss cheese. It melts wonderfully in sauce and on quesadillas. I didn’t make fondue with this batch but I think I’ll buy it again so I can!

I used it to make the best grilled cheese sandwich ever on my favorite artisan bread. My next event was to melt it in a fondue pot for a rich, hearty dinner with friends. Absolutely the best to melt with no separating or clumps!

The flavor of this cheese is great in a mix between Parmesan and mozzarella and havarti making the taste great on just about anything. I’ve never had store bought shredded cheese this good.

The cheese is shredded and tastes very fresh out of the bag unlike a lot of pre shredded cheese. I will definitely be purchasing more of this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try the Alpine Cheese Blend by Roth, and it was awesome. It’s a nice big bag of unique cheese blend including Grand Cru, Fontina, and Raclette Cheeses. This was perfect for the holidays and/or for recipes that call for a lot of cheese. There are so many yummy ways to use this cheese. It’s made in Wisconsin, the land of cheese, and is gluten and rBST-FREE. What I really liked was that it’s rich, creamy, and easy to melt. Some other brands don’t melt well, but this blend does. Would definitely buy this again!

This tasted great on a grilled cheese sandwich. It also tasted fantastic in a quesadilla. It melted very nicely and had a wonderful cheese pull.

As far as melting, it seemed to burn more when it came in contact with the pan than the other cheeses I might use. (Regular mozzarella , cheddar, ect,). The taste did elevate some of our regular staples, like grilled cheese and quesadillas. Maybe it melted better than similar cheese blends, but it didn’t seem to melt as well as something like mozzarella or cheddar.

The taste and quality is amazing and have left me wondering if I actually knew what cheese was before. My favorite way to use these shreds, believe it or not- are in my morning scramble.
