[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Alpine cheese blend by Roth was truly delicious. When it melts it is absolutely smooth and creamy. It was great to make my favorite buffalo dip. It was also very good on tuna melts and even just on a salad.

When I need grated cheese for my recipes I have to make it myself. This blend just what I needed, no more grated fingers and always on demand! Great taste and convenience!

It’s a nice big bag of unique cheese blend including Grand Cru, Fontina, and Raclette Cheeses. This was perfect for the holidays and/or for recipes that call for a lot of cheese. There are so many yummy ways to use this cheese. It’s made in Wisconsin, the land of cheese, and is gluten and rBST-FREE. What I really liked was that it’s rich, creamy, and easy to melt. Some other brands don’t melt well, but this blend does. Would definitely buy this again!

We used the cheese for nachos, quesadillas, and on top of a breakfast egg bake. My whole family really enjoyed it. The price seemed fair, and I liked the large bag that it came in.
