First time use, was just what was needed for the recipe-Stuffed shells

Love the product...I was quite surprised at the flavor and 'melt-ability', if that is a word. Perfect balance of flavor for a panini and also a quesadilla. On my 2nd use, I added chorizo that I had cooked and drained, delicious. There are so many ways to use this product! Great addition to the cheese case!

I also baked small mounds on parchment paper in my air fryer for a mid day snack these little cheese crisps would be great on a salad instead of croutons. Will be a buying this cheese again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hey guys, I had this on a grilled cheese and found it was not my preferred way to eat it. I think it pairs well with something sweet. I eat it with jam and grill it so it's a grilled cheese and jam sandwich. I have yet to try it Mac n cheese or anything else but I usually like other forms of Roth as snacking cheeses or cooked as a grilled jam and cheese. Wasn't my preference to have it alone as just a grilled cheese but it didn't necessarily taste bad....I guess I'm just used to American yellow cheese on my grilled cheese. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The claim on the package is correct. This cheese is made for melting. We tried it on everything from grilled cheese to nachos and sprinkled on top of pasta. It has a great flavor and melts quickly. We loved it!

I used it to make the best grilled cheese sandwich ever on my favorite artisan bread. My next event was to melt it in a fondue pot for a rich, hearty dinner with friends. Absolutely the best to melt with no separating or clumps!

I hope it melts as well as the bag advertised and didn’t have so much anti-caking agent in the shred that it causes an issue. I’m planning these in breakfast sausage bisquick balls and breakfast casserole for two different holiday brunches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made grilled cheeses with this cheese and I can’t say I’m impressed by the taste. In fact, I was more impressed by the lack of taste. It says it’s a three blend of cheeses, but I had added cheddar as well and that was the only cheese I could taste. The Alpine cheese did melt nicely, but I would say that’s its only plus for me.
