It is a mix of Alpine style cheeses like Grand Cru, Fontina and Raciette, so it has a rich, slightly nutty taste that makes simple dishes like grilled cheese, pasta bakes or potatoes taste way more special. It also is finely shredded, so that helped disperse the cheese better on the pizza and it melted better also. It tasted really fresh and you could taste multiple flavors.
