[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Roth artisan 3 cheese alpine style blend. It is great for making nachos, mac n cheese, quesadillas, etc. The flavor is great and the cheese has a great consistency when melted.

This blend is so good and perfect for any kind of melt you can think of! I used this on top of birria tacos and omg, it tasted like heaven! It melts so well and the taste is unbeatable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made grilled cheeses with this cheese and I can’t say I’m impressed by the taste. In fact, I was more impressed by the lack of taste. It says it’s a three blend of cheeses, but I had added cheddar as well and that was the only cheese I could taste. The Alpine cheese did melt nicely, but I would say that’s its only plus for me.

It’s a nice big bag of unique cheese blend including Grand Cru, Fontina, and Raclette Cheeses. This was perfect for the holidays and/or for recipes that call for a lot of cheese. There are so many yummy ways to use this cheese. It’s made in Wisconsin, the land of cheese, and is gluten and rBST-FREE. What I really liked was that it’s rich, creamy, and easy to melt. Some other brands don’t melt well, but this blend does. Would definitely buy this again!

When I need grated cheese for my recipes I have to make it myself. This blend just what I needed, no more grated fingers and always on demand! Great taste and convenience!

The flavor of this cheese is great in a mix between Parmesan and mozzarella and havarti making the taste great on just about anything. I’ve never had store bought shredded cheese this good.
