[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this cheese. It has a pungent quality to it that reminds me of Swiss cheese. It melts wonderfully in sauce and on quesadillas. I didn’t make fondue with this batch but I think I’ll buy it again so I can!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really enjoyed the flavor of this Roth Artisan 5 cheese blend. Very creamy and flavorful. Melts great. We tried it on garlic cheese bread and it was some of the best we have every made. Will definitely be buying this product again soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made grilled cheeses with this cheese and I can’t say I’m impressed by the taste. In fact, I was more impressed by the lack of taste. It says it’s a three blend of cheeses, but I had added cheddar as well and that was the only cheese I could taste. The Alpine cheese did melt nicely, but I would say that’s its only plus for me.

I also baked small mounds on parchment paper in my air fryer for a mid day snack these little cheese crisps would be great on a salad instead of croutons. Will be a buying this cheese again.

This blend is so good and perfect for any kind of melt you can think of! I used this on top of birria tacos and omg, it tasted like heaven! It melts so well and the taste is unbeatable!
