But I was pleasantly surprised by how powerful it actually is! The heat feature really helps lift dirt and grime, and it even eliminated unpleasant pet odors. We have two dogs who love lounging on the arms of our couch, and this little machine cleaned those spots beautifully, leaving them fresh and odor-free. One of my favorite features is the self-cleaning mode-it actually works, which is a huge plus. I also appreciate the thoughtful design: everything has its place when it's time to wrap up and store it, making cleanup and storage super convenient.

I have two toddlers and an Australian Shepard that sheds more than you can imagine, so stains are the norm at our house. My first impression was how small the footprint of this was (see photo below for size reference). It's also very light which makes transporting up and down stairs much easier than other spot treaters I've tried in the past. Despite my skepticism, the heat feature was able to remove an old coffee stain that I had given up hope on. I definitely think it makes the cleaner more effective. You probably don't need it for every stain, but it absolutely helps! My only negative thought is the loud noise the machine makes when in use, but it's not necessarily any louder than our previous cleaner. Overall, would recommend based on size, portability, and heat feature.

It's very easy to use and does a great job cleaning our couch, spots on our rugs, etc. Even if you just use water, the heat function allows it to clean well with no soap. The best part is how easy it is to clean and put away.

It's especially effective on fresh spills and works well on both a couch and a high-traffic rug. The warm water feature helps break down stains, and the suction pulls up most of the moisture for a quick dry.

I personally love the size of it; it's very small, great for smaller places. It's not heavy; it's very lightweight. I appreciate that you can turn the heat on or off, so you don't always have to use it. It heats up extremely quickly-think about 30 seconds-and the light turned on and was ready. It sprayed very nicely and evenly, and it also sucked up a lot quickly without having to press really hard.

Right off the bat, I loved how compact this machine was. It was very lightweight and easy to carry from place to place. It had clear instructions that were very easy to understand and made set up so easy. I also liked how it had a designated spot for dirty water, clean water, the cord, and the tubing and cleaning tool. It makes clean up a breeze and storage very simple. I used it to clean two different types of messes and loved that it had a heat feature to help get those tough stains out. I used it on my daughters light colored comforter when she got paint on it and the heat feature and included cleaning spray worked wonders to the it right out. I also tried it on a small area of carpet where my dog had vomited. It also came up so easily and didn't leave anything behind! Again, I couldn't recommend this product enough! It is so lightweight, compact, and easy to use and truly effective! You will not regret purchasing this machine as it does it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Little Green Clean Machine in my home when i was a teenager, boy is this new model 25 years later WAYYYY more advanced. The clean unit itself is substantial enough to stay standing while I clean around me and not tip over, but its not too heavy to carry. The cord is long enough to get across most rooms and even half way up the stairs. The controls are intuitive and easy. The heating unit works quickly and its quickly apparent the benefit of the heated solution to get deep into stains for quick removal, even stains that have been there for months on carpet, furniture and even the seats in my car. The Little Green doesn't take so much cleaning solution that it feels like it goes too quickly. The pet cleaning solution did a good job of freshening up old stains left by our cats. Overall after trying the Little Green on multiple fabric types, depths of carpet pile and furniture types I'm exited to have it in the house, especially given that we have 3 cats and 2 kids. This powerful steam cleaner literally lifted stains with ease, making my pet friendly home look like the carpet was brand new. The machine is compact and easy to move from place to place. It is extremely user friendly. The steam clean feature makes a big difference in it's ability to lift those deep more set in stains. My elderly dog used to mark the same spot on the house on a somewhat regular basis and since being able to achieve a much deeper clean it hasn't happened once. Absolutely love this machine.

Overall impression of this cleaner was that it would be pretty easy to grab and use for quick spot cleaning and that it would be easy to store. Having the hot water feature was really beneficial especially for my grease stain on my large area rug but like I mentioned I think it could have gotten even hotter. It came with its own trial size bottle of cleaning solution and the formula seemed to work on the stuck on food mess and the grease stain that I cleaned, though my pet didn't have an accident during my testing period I think this would help clean up those types of messes too. Though I tested it on my own, I received this portable carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It was easy to set up, use, and to store.
