This is great because it's easy to bring to different places around the house to spot treat stains. I had 3 different stains that I have been unable to get out of my rug or carpet. The first one took out the stain immediately! The second one, after using the heat setting, I was able to finally get rid of after only a few minutes. The last one was a bigger area that was dark due to high traffic on a cream colored carpet. This machine helped this area a lot. It couldn't fully eradicate this area, BUT it made it look so much better! I love this cleaner and I like the heat setting for those hard to treat stains. It was easy to set up to use and the cleaning formula works great! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's talk about a great way to simplify a tough problem. Normally if our dog or kids make a mess on the floor or furniture, which could include food, puke, slobber, spills, I've got a bucket of water, cleaner and a rag trying to clean it up. This includes spraying the stain, scrubbing, then trying to soak up the nasty water, rinsing the rag, swapping for clean water etc. etc. All of this and still feeling like I didn't really get it cleaned. I've now found the greatest resolve to all of this hassle: The Little Green Proheat Pet. This little machine really gets the job done. First of all it was super easy to setup. It's clear how to fill it up with cleaner and water and to get the tanks clicked into place. I love the option for heating the water as some messes just really need that hot water if it's greasy, or oily, plus I just feel like it seems cleaner. This was the only real issue I had with the machine was figuring out which way the heat button was on or off, but an easy thing to figure out if after 30 secs the light on the button didn't come on, but really only 30 secs to have the heat ready is great! The machine is easy to move around to where I need it. It doesn't leak so I feel safe putting it up on the couch. You can clearly see how well it's sucking up the dirty water and the brush on the end is tough but gentle on fabric. I used this first on a carpet stain from a dog mess and then on the arm of our couch which was filthy from dog slobber and dirty kid hands. Sad to say how gross they were, but relieved at how well I could see the machine really cleaning both areas. In regards to clean up it's a breeze. The dirty water tank is simple to remove and pour the dirty water down the drain and then rinse. My favorite feature is the self clean mode on the wand head. It rinses out the end of the wand on its own and if for some reason I feel like I really want to clean that out the top part of the wand is removable. So often dog hair or dirt gets caught in cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this steam cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was excited to try something with extra heat because I've had a good experience with this brand before. We have three kids and 2 aging pets so we are frequent steam cleaner users, but I didn't find anything special about this cleaner. It is portable and lightweight which I love but the suction wasn't very strong. It worked okay on pet urine on our low pile carpet but I had to go over it 3 separate times on our plush bedroom carpet. I honestly didn't see a difference with the heat feature. I also didn't like how much cleaning solution that you go through in one use. I'll continue to use this for fresh stains on our low carpets but for tough messes I'll need to swap for something heavy duty. It was easy to clean and store away as well.

Simple to fill, lines marked for water and solution amounts to make it guess free. Comes with a bottle of solution for two large jobs. Solution smells clean, and it adds a fresh scent to the area when dried. The sprayer covered evenly, soaking the fabrics and quickly absorbing the grime and odor before being suctioned away. I loved the power this gave. You can see the dirt as it pulls in. It grabs all the moisture, leaving dry time at a minimum. Even built on messes was no match. This is perfect for indoor messes left by kids, pets, and life. I use mainly in my car where heavy on the go messes occur and odors can quickly pile on. The proheat option got deeper residue, melting away what has been stuck for some time. As easy as it is to set up, the cleanup was a breeze. With a slide in the handle, you can rinse the hose thoroughly to ensure no dirt or odor is left behind. It's super portable and lightweight, which makes it easy to move around and clean multiple areas at once. It heats up really well and quickly. The heat definitely helps provide a better clean. I used this on upholstery and area rugs. It did a nice job on tough spots. It wasn't a miracle worker by any means, but it definitely made it look cleaner with very minimal effort on my part - which is always a plus! I also like how easy it is to clean up afterward! The brush has a self cleaning function which makes it a breeze to clean up when you're finished. If you have pets, this will truly make your life easier and your home cleaner. I would recommend this if you're looking for a portable carpet cleaner.

The Bissel Little Green ProHeat Pet is perfect for cleaning up everyday pet messes or highly trafficked carpet areas. I love the heat feature. It heats up quickly and really helps to remove tough, set-in stains. I also feel like the heat helps to remove any unpleasant scents my dogs leave behind. The areas also dry quickly. This machine was so compact and easy to move around. I cleaned my couches and chairs before Easter dinner with it. It quickly removed the dirt and set in grime left behind by my dogs sleeping on them. I also frequently use this machine to clean up any accidents my dogs might have on my carpet. I really like how easy it is to pull out this machine and quickly clean up these messes. It leaves my carpet looking brand new. The included cleaning solution is great. This is my second of these machines and I'm so happy to upgrade mine to this newest one with heat. I have a new puppy who unfortunately has accidents pretty frequently still. This machine with the included formula has been able to get out all of the smell on carpet which other products have failed to do. Additionally the heat has worked wonders on my 5 year old couch that is marked with years of spills and grimy marks from little fingers. I'm truly shocked at what this can do and I can't recommend it enough!

The heat feature was able to break up stuck on messes (blueberry pie filling) and completely remove it from my rug. I was also able to clean my daughter's cream colored car seat in just minutes and now it looks brand new. The solution that's provided with the machine smells so good and lifts stains away. My dog has dirty paws sometimes from being outside and can make her bed smell funky - I was able to suck all of those odors out and the bed smells amazing now. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable cleaner is very light and portable which I really appreciate. Between my kids and pets, messes can happen anywhere in my house. I really like how long the cord is and I do wish that the hose holder was not under the cord wrap. The cord would get snagged on the hose holder when wrapping and unwrapping it. I wish the tanks were labeled for clean/dirty water but I do appreciate that the water and formula levels are clearly labeled on the clean water tank. The heat feature was perfect to get whatever had stained my carpet (between the kids and pets, who knows what it was). I used the bristle scrub brush and the stain disappeared. The machine was very easy to use and I appreciated the instructions in the manual. One of my favorite features is the self clean feature. After I finished treating the carpet I was able to have the tool and hose self clean. The tools were also very easy to take apart and rinse under the sink. I have an older model of the Bissell carpet cleaner, but this one is so sleek looking, easy to carry, and the electric cord and hose are longer in the newer version. The heat feature cut the cleaning time in half, and seemed to get out stains better than when no heat is used. Simple features -- only two buttons, so it's impossible not to get it right. I used it to clean up dog vomit (eww), wine, coffee. All worked great. The formula had a decent scent and worked well. My favorite thing, though, is the brush/handle that has removable parts. Finally! You can clean it out, so anything that gets sucked up in the brush and stuck in the bristles can be washed really well. Also, the new brush is silicone, so it's easy to clean. Like new, every time! Nothing bad to say about this machine!
