We have 3 dogs and 14 cats so our home is constantly in need of cleaning from messes from our fur family. We have tried many other cleaners in the past for carpets and furniture with very little success. This cleaner is just amazing! Our sectional sofa and ottoman had years of stains from attempted cleanups with sprays, two other portable cleaners and we thought this was going to be our last try before calling in a professional. NOT NEEDED! Our area rugs also cleaned up beautifully where the stains had set in. Very easy to use and lightweight. Cleaning the unit is very easy as well. LOVE IT!

Great little machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Little Green ProHeat Pet really impressed me. For such a small machine, it packs a serious punch. The design is super convenient, easy to carry around, and doesn't take up much space, which I love. The heat feature actually makes a difference, especially for old stains and that dreaded pet smell that never quite goes away. I used it on everything from a juice spill in the car to muddy paw prints on the stairs, and it handled all of it with no problem. The formula it came with worked great, not too strong-smelling but definitely effective. Honestly, it made cleaning way less of a chore and I can see myself reaching for it more often than I expected.

I have a senior cat who tends to leave messes around the house and this cleaned them with so little effort on my part. I think the heat makes the biggest difference because the stains start to come up as soon as I spray them. I have not used the actual solution in the past, but I do think it made a big difference this time. This model is also really easy to clean when I'm done, so I'm much more likely to use it. Good little spot cleaner. It cleaned up several spots our dog left us. But… it exhausts out the bottom and the unit sits flat, so it restricts the exhaust airflow. I put nylon feet on it to raise it up a little so it can have better airflow.

The steam function is very weak, not enough to be impactful with cleaning. The extraction is weak, it was enough to prevent rings on the upholstery but the fabric was still very damp.

Just was cleaning the couch and it was leaking all the dirty water out the bottom of the machine on the floor.
