We have been desperately needing to clean our couch and area rug! Between our dog laying on the couch and kids getting play-doh on the area rug they needed a freshening up! This little machine did amazing at the stains we had and cleaned them up with no mess! In the past some cleaning machines and their solution left a gummy like feel to the area, this didn't! My husband was watching me clean and insisted he wanted to test it out and then wouldn't give it back for me to play with! I'd call that a huge win!

I loved it for my stair runner. It's was great since it's small and light enough to move around. I also used it to clean an upholstered chair that my child threw up on- I was so thankful to have this and felt like it did a great job! No stains or smell left! The machine is sooooo simple to work. I also liked its easy to clean. One are I think the machine could improve would be to have a little more suction. Other than that I'm am very happy with it!

As a mom of 2 as well as a pet parent I am cleaning my carpets and furniture pretty regularly. Since trying this machine I definitely notice a decrease in how often I have to go over the whole house because of how quick and simple it is to get it going. It's compact design and light weight make it easy to get into places I'd otherwise have difficulty and it's heat feature makes getting out those messes I may have missed a breeze. Overall I'd highly recommend this product especially to anyone with carpeted stairs to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Little Green Proheat Pet through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I couldn't be happier with it. This is my second of these machines and I'm so happy to upgrade mine to this newest one with heat. I have a new puppy who unfortunately has accidents pretty frequently still. This machine with the included formula has been able to get out all of the smell on carpet which other products have failed to do. Additionally the heat has worked wonders on my 5 year old couch that is marked with years of spills and grimy marks from little fingers. I'm truly shocked at what this can do and I can't recommend it enough!

It's compact so it'll fit in small spaces when you don't have much for storage areas in your home. But it works like a charm! The Bissell pet pro stain remover also helps ensure that your stain is gone in the first try! It even has a heat option to use for tough or old stains. I used it on old pet stains and juice stains from my daughter, and now my carpet looks very clean! It's like there weren't even stains in the first place! I didn't realize we needed it til we had it. We go through so much carpet cleaner spray for our many messes, but I know I'm getting a good clean when using this powerful little machine instead. I love that it is compact and lightweight. I was able to clean up little messes, as well as the car seat after an "incident." The heat function is magical and I feel like I'm getting a sanitized clean. It heats up super fast and works wonderfully. It was so easy to use, I was able to teach my 9yr old boy how to use it too. He tried it out on a stain in his room and was super impressed. The cleaning formula is potent but not weird smelling. It does a superb job of taking care of different kinds of messes. I would certainly get this machine again. I have used older versions of it but this one takes the cake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's talk about a great way to simplify a tough problem. Normally if our dog or kids make a mess on the floor or furniture, which could include food, puke, slobber, spills, I've got a bucket of water, cleaner and a rag trying to clean it up. This includes spraying the stain, scrubbing, then trying to soak up the nasty water, rinsing the rag, swapping for clean water etc. etc. All of this and still feeling like I didn't really get it cleaned. I've now found the greatest resolve to all of this hassle: The Little Green Proheat Pet. This little machine really gets the job done. First of all it was super easy to setup. It's clear how to fill it up with cleaner and water and to get the tanks clicked into place. I love the option for heating the water as some messes just really need that hot water if it's greasy, or oily, plus I just feel like it seems cleaner. This was the only real issue I had with the machine was figuring out which way the heat button was on or off, but an easy thing to figure out if after 30 secs the light on the button didn't come on, but really only 30 secs to have the heat ready is great! The machine is easy to move around to where I need it. It doesn't leak so I feel safe putting it up on the couch. You can clearly see how well it's sucking up the dirty water and the brush on the end is tough but gentle on fabric. I used this first on a carpet stain from a dog mess and then on the arm of our couch which was filthy from dog slobber and dirty kid hands. Sad to say how gross they were, but relieved at how well I could see the machine really cleaning both areas. In regards to clean up it's a breeze. The dirty water tank is simple to remove and pour the dirty water down the drain and then rinse. My favorite feature is the self clean mode on the wand head. It rinses out the end of the wand on its own and if for some reason I feel like I really want to clean that out the top part of the wand is removable. So often dog hair or dirt gets caught in cleaning

I am a mom to three boys 4 and under and have a 16 yo dog who has the occasional accident. My overall impression of this portable cleaner is that it is easy to use, effective, easy to clean, and easy to store. I have had cleaners like this in the past but did not have the hot water option and I think that is a game changer for removing tough stains. My dog had a couple of poop accidents and the hot water helped tremendously at removing the stains. The look and design of the product is simple, portable, and small which makes it easy to store. This machine was simple and easy to navigate and use, with the helpful instructions.The included formula was helpful, but it was also strong. I'm not sure if the ratios are correct , in that you probably do not need as much formula to clean that it tells you to use. It was a lot to clean the soap out of the carpet. Overall, I am happy with this product. I do hope to see more attachments in the future but appreciate the simplicity of the machine. It gets the stain out!

It's compact, easy to store and cleans carpet really well. The cleaner worked great on tough stains that have been there for several years. The heat function is a nice option and works excellent, although wasn't needed to get the stains out. The compact design makes its more accessible and easy to clean. The nozzle comes off in pieces and can be rinsed quickly eliminating any build up. The water container is the perfect size. Light weight. Cleaning the mess: I used this cleaner to clean up a stain that has been on the carpet for several years and came out perfect again, as well as to clean up pet accidents. Cleaning solution: the cleaning solution smells nice and really got any smell right out of the carpet. So glad I was able to try this cleaning machine. Its compact design is by far my favorite feature as it can store easily which makes it quickly accessible as needed. LOVE LOVE LOVE this machine!
