At first I thought the heat was a gimmick but the heat is a game changer in getting up tough stains! I tested several stains with and without heat and adding heat just melted the stains away! I cleaned carpet, several different upholstery textures, and I was able to clean my stairs, too. This thing really works... the proof is in the dirty water bin that is so easy to dump and rinse when you're done. I love the compact size of the machine. It's easy to store, and made cleaning the stairs so quick! The long hose helped me get to hard to reach stains, too.

Since receiving the cleaner to test from the Stellar Panel, I've used as a spot cleaner for pet accidents on the carpet and on the couch for pet accidents plus kid spills. Each time, the cleaner was able to lift dirt and urine effortlessly without leaving any residue behind. The included bottle of solution smells fresh and clean without being overly fragrant. Clean-up is very easy to do - detach the full dirty water tank, rinse in the sink, and replace! The tank is small so easy to maneuver. All-in-all, I was impressed with both the compact size, ease of use, and strong cleaning power from this little machine.

First off, size is great... it packs a lot of punch and a small footprint. It's easy to carry around and store, and the length of the cord is really long so ive had no trouble accessing all my mess zones. The design is super user-friendly - I was able to figure out how to use it after a quick look through the super simple instructions - and the tanks and attachments are very easy to remove and clean. So far I have only used this on preexisting stains. It's seems to do a pretty good job on most flat surfaces. I had a wet stain mark on my couch that came right up. I have a delicate high pile rug and while I was able to completely get the stains out (fireplace ash and dog vomit ) it definitely lightened the area which i have not been able to achieve with other "tough stain remover" products. And with the heat feature you can tell it's really getting the smells out. Maybe the best feature of all? ... watching the hose suck up all the the liquid and dirt - you can really see it working! It's so "satisfying" that my tweens might even want to help me clean! My dog, maybe not so much... but I know he's looking forward to making his next mess for me to clean. I deducted one star only bc it wasn't able to get out the old stain on a really tough rug but like I said it really help, and I really can't wait to try it on a fresh stain! It's compact, super easy to use, and surprisingly powerful. Over the past few weeks, I've put it through the wringer-carpet, couch, the high chair, car seat-you name it. The built-in heat mode is a total game-changer, especially for sticky, dried-on messes like what I found on the bottom of the car seat. I've never seen a handheld cleaner with this feature, and it really made a difference. The attachments are smartly designed: a traditional bristle head for scrubbing carpet and a rubber option that's perfect for other surfaces. Swapping them out is simple and fast. Plus, filling and cleaning the tank is a breeze-no complicated parts or messy cleanup. Just pop out the tank, rinse, and snap it back in. From my experience, does what it advertises. I have used it to clean up a few cat-related messes and it gets the vast majority of the stain out while leaving no odor but the pleasant smell of the cleaner. The heat feature is a nice touch and helps with the cleaning process. The machine was easy to navigate after some trial and error. I will say I had some issues switching from the spray to self-clean mode (snapping my palm in the plastic). The clean up and maintenance of the machine was very easy as well. Start to finish, cleaning up the stains and putting the machine away again only took five to ten minutes. I have recommended this product to family members and friends.

My overall impression was it is a great cleaner. I love the look and size. The design is really easy to use and store. I have used the heat feature a ton to help with pet stains and odors. The Bissel Little Green ProHeat Pet is perfect for cleaning up everyday pet messes or highly trafficked carpet areas. I love the heat feature. It heats up quickly and really helps to remove tough, set-in stains. I also feel like the heat helps to remove any unpleasant scents my dogs leave behind. The areas also dry quickly. This machine was so compact and easy to move around. I cleaned my couches and chairs before Easter dinner with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Little Green ProHeat Pet is super pleasing to the eye with its clean design and smooth aesthetic. Something I don't mind having sitting out in my home. We have a senior small dog with incontinence issues and are cleaning up small urine spots a few times a week. I always use hot water in my carpet cleaners and this machine having a heat function means I can fill it and have it ready when needed just by turning on the heating element. No fussing with the tanks or detergents! Using the heat function I was able to remove old stains that previous machines couldn't tackle. The other awesome feature is the nozzle rinse. In a multi-pet household the nozzle tends to get dirt and hair trapped even though the spot was vacuumed prior to shampooing. Being able to rinse the nozzle helps me feel like I'm keeping the machine clean, and removing any lingering dirty bits that might cause the lines to get smelly. The machine is extremely user friendly, with both clean and dirty tanks being removed with ease. I LOVE that the entire top comes off of the dirty tank so that you can really clean it well. The formula included with the machine had a nice smell and seemed to do a great job with helping to lift dirt and stains from my carpets.
