OMG. I placed my first order about a week ago, and I've been using the sauce on absolutely anything I can. I placed my second order already because I can't endure a time when I don't have this sauce in my fridge. It's the perfect combo of sweet/salty/umami—delicious! (I also can't get enough of the cute octopus on the bottle.)

The sauce is tasty and I have used as both a bbq sauce and a marinade. It is excellent as a marinade and adds just the right amount of flavor. As a bbq sauce, I'd like it a bit thicker. I enjoy the teriyaki type flavor. Overall a solid product. As far as value, I have purchased the multiple sauces so saved a bit there. It could be a bit less costly when you buy 3 or 5 as I have.

The prices is a little high but the taste of the sauce will make you forget the price you paid for the sauce. The only place that safe to eat is at home. Stop wasting gas driving around trying to find a place to eat. I reused the empty bottles by adding cooking oil, mustard, ketchup, mayo for my Blackstone grill. The review for Bachan's sauce are the best for your taste buds.

Excellent BBQ sauce. It's a little pricy compared to grocery store brands but there's a reason why I keep buying it, because it's just SO much better than others in the store. It's not so full of umami that it doesn't make sense for fajitas or burgers, but it is far more unique and tasty than a standard BBQ sauce. It's just in a league of its own and it's been a game changer for me and several people that now can't live without it.

This is the second time I've ordered - the first I ran out of the bottle so quickly because that's how good it is. It's perfect for a quick dinner, instead of making a sauce from 12 different bottles of ingredients, and there's no filler ingredients or preservatives.

This is what teriyaki is supposed to taste like. I've made all kinds of wonderful dishes from Chicken Yakitori and Spicy Pork tenderloin to Hawaiian sliders. This sauce literally goes on EVERYTHING. The best way to describe this is Bachan has figured out how to balance sweet and salty, without being too intense of one or the other. Its rare to find something so well balanced that comes in a bottle.

I mixed three different types (Yuzu, Hot and Spicy, and regular) for this purchase; and reviewed the first two separately. So here's my review of the regular: it's phenomenal. If you're on the fence, go ahead and hit "buy" because you will be blown away. One of the best sauces I've ever had.

Thus sauce tasted just like I hoped. Its the perfect mix of sweet and savory umami bomb of perfection. Starts off with a smooth ginger flavor that is sweet and ends with that great unforgettable umami finish. Good thing I ordered 2 bottles. Used the first on in a week. I think I have a problem here

Bachan’s original sauce and Yuzu sauce are fabulous. From the advertising you did on Instagram, to the quick delivery and out of this world taste. Our experience from start to finish was top notch! I found it to be an extremely salty sauce. I like the sauce I just don’t love it unfortunately. I really wanted to love it. I use soy sauce and teriyaki sauce in just about everything so when I came across this sauce I was super excited to try it. I don’t think I would order it again for the price that you charge but if I saw it on a shelf at a super market I might grab another bottle if it was a lower price.
