I’ve been looking for a good Japanese BBQ/Teriyaki sauce for a while now. Found a few that were ok but none that were great. Randomly stumbled upon Bachans and I’m really glad I ordered a bottle. Far superior than pretty much any other brand I’ve tried. I’ve used their sauce on Wings, salad, Ramen and marinated Steak and haven’t been disappointed. Would highly recommend!

I was a little unsure about the sauce but let me say WOW. We absolutely love it. We live in a very tiny town so there is no place to get Japanese inspired food so the next best option is to cook it myself and let me say I was incredibly impressed and not only did I love it but very picky children loved it. This will definitely be a constant in my fridge from now on.

I was genuinely impressed with how amazing this sauce was. I have never had a bottled marinade this phenomenal- perfect for anything you want to use it on. Just made grilled skirt steak and green beans- marinated in Bachan’s—— if I could drop an eff bomb in this review I would- efffing amazing

Absolutely the best sauce I’ve ever bought! It makes stir frying so easy. You just squirt as much in as you’d like towards the end and everyone will be amazed. I made this beef and noodle dish and used the sauce with baking soda to marinate the beef, then used it as the main sauce as well. It was a hit with the dinner guests.

I love this sauce! I have searched, literally, for many years for the right sauce that I remembered as a child. I could never find the right balance of flavors. The moment I tried this sauce it immediately took me back to my childhood memories. THIS is the sauce I grew up eating! I was so excited to share this with my family! Thank you, Bachan's, it's perfect!

Bachans popped up on my Facebook timeline and looked so good I decided to do what I said I would never do and order some from an annoying ad. I was not disappointed. The sauce is really great. We used it on some chicken stir fry and we’re now going to be customers for a along time great job !

Thus sauce tasted just like I hoped. Its the perfect mix of sweet and savory umami bomb of perfection. Starts off with a smooth ginger flavor that is sweet and ends with that great unforgettable umami finish. Good thing I ordered 2 bottles. Used the first on in a week. I think I have a problem here

I didn’t like the flavors at all, I was so disappointed especially with the amount that I paid for the two bottles, you would think as expensive as they are the flavors would be over the top delicious, I have tasted way better Japanese sauce at a restaurant that served a variety of different foods. sorry but I won’t be a repeat customer, I really wish I could get a refund

My entire family loves Bachans! We use the original BBQ sauce as a marinade (excellent marinade) and a dipping sauce for all types of meats and veggies (we have used it in stirfries at times too). My daughter adores the hot and spicy BBQ sauce on EVERYTHING. We tried the new Miso BBQ sauce this time too. It was good but we prefer the original and spicy better. Would love to see a BBQ that was heavy on garlic!

A friend turned me on to this stuff and I immediately bought a couple bottles. It’s my new favorite sauce to drizzle over simple roasted vegetables, brown rice, and some meat. It’s a great marinade and goes great on some rice with an egg for breakfast. This will be a new staple in my kitchen.
