This sauce makes cooking so much easier for me!!! Not only is the flavor spot on, it's incredibly versatile. I marinade meat, use it as dipping sauce, drizzle over a salad, use in certain recipes; like fried rice or tofu, heck... you can literally drink it straight from the bottle, it's that good!!!

A friend turned me on to this stuff and I immediately bought a couple bottles. It’s my new favorite sauce to drizzle over simple roasted vegetables, brown rice, and some meat. It’s a great marinade and goes great on some rice with an egg for breakfast. This will be a new staple in my kitchen.

This sauce is REALLY GOOD! I saw the other reviews and read the descriptions others gave, but had to try it for myself. I've tried it on chicken and rice, but am excited to try it on other dishes. I'll definitely be ordering a 3-pack when my first bottle starts getting low.

OMG. I placed my first order about a week ago, and I've been using the sauce on absolutely anything I can. I placed my second order already because I can't endure a time when I don't have this sauce in my fridge. It's the perfect combo of sweet/salty/umami—delicious! (I also can't get enough of the cute octopus on the bottle.)

The most delicious sauces. We bought yuzu and original and my wife and I have been putting them on everything. My favorite was the original on wings. We ordered from the website and got very prompt delivery. We'll definitely be ordering again and we can't wait to try the hot and spicy one next!

So im on the search for a dupe of this sauce.. my Walmart no longer carries it. I used it for rice, its a great marinade. not really a sauce tbh, its super liquidity. Although its consistently is not great its good for meats and noodles. i used it for tuna salad and it tasted amazing!

After seeing this sauce on Instagram I decided to give it a try. Fortunately I ordered a case from the beginning. I tasted the first bottle and was very happy. I gave each of my 3 adult sons (all foodies) a bottle to try and also one to a friend at my wife’s salon. All loved it and we’re even just squirting it directly in their mouths, lol. The wife and I have tried a couple recipes from the website so far and they were easy and delicious ! I look forward to trying most of the recipes and with bbq season here we will definitely enjoy a new flavor to go with things. I especially like the sauce on pork, rice, and various sautéed veggies. Part of the attraction for me is the cold filled process, no preservatives, small batch processing. I am officially a Bachan junky and already ordered my second case. My bbq season is off to a great start !!

I've tried all 3 of their sauces now. They're all very similar, but with small twists, such as a citrus character on the 'Yuzu' flavor, and a slight kick of heat in the spicy one. Bachan's is a bit different from what some might think of when you say "barbecue sauce": it's a little lighter, as in not as thick, and it has quite a bit of herbal character to it. It's pretty sweet and smoky, so that's familiar ground for most folks. My wife is not a fan of them, so they're not for everyone. I absolutely love them though, and recommend any of the sauces to anyone who enjoys Asian styles of umami flavor.

I was intrigued by this sauce and ordered two bottles last week. I'm vegetarian, but I used Bachan's Japanese BBQ on some vegan wings. Upon throwing the sauce into a hot pan, it instantly vaporized, resulting in the most beautiful, simple caramelization I've ever seen. Don't expect Americanized overly sweetened barbecue that you're used to. If I ate meat, this stuff would be used with literally every meat I can think of. I can't even begin to imagine how magical it'll be on the grill.
