Love this product but hate the cap!!!! It dribbles a lot no matter what - and while itʻs not the end of the world and there are man solutions to ditching the cap altogether, one thing that helps: instead of removing the paper disc that covers the large opening, poke a small hole in the middle of the paper disc to control the flow into the cap. Not perfect, but way less dribbling of sticky this way! I just emailed the company to share this info. and thought Iʻd post here too FWIW

LOVE this sauce! My boyfriend and I put it on everything... steak, salmon, pizza, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, hot dogs... we always try to have a bottle in the fridge and have given them as Christmas gifts. Also the design is cute and the family who owns it seems lovely.

I was genuinely impressed with how amazing this sauce was. I have never had a bottled marinade this phenomenal- perfect for anything you want to use it on. Just made grilled skirt steak and green beans- marinated in Bachan’s—— if I could drop an eff bomb in this review I would- efffing amazing

The prices is a little high but the taste of the sauce will make you forget the price you paid for the sauce. The only place that safe to eat is at home. Stop wasting gas driving around trying to find a place to eat. I reused the empty bottles by adding cooking oil, mustard, ketchup, mayo for my Blackstone grill. The review for Bachan's sauce are the best for your taste buds.

Thus sauce tasted just like I hoped. Its the perfect mix of sweet and savory umami bomb of perfection. Starts off with a smooth ginger flavor that is sweet and ends with that great unforgettable umami finish. Good thing I ordered 2 bottles. Used the first on in a week. I think I have a problem here

i just love the flavor. it is fantastic by itself with just about everything. chicken. beef. vegetables. pork. eggs. extremely versatile. i also have used it for marinades with other ingredients and it shines there as well. the flavors blend perfectly. my only complaint is that i like it so much i am almost out and i have to grab some more.

Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce is fantastic. It's not overly sweet and syrupy like other japanese style sauces (i.e. terriyaki). The flavor is natural and tasty, and as a marinade, it soaks into the meat well. Tastes great on chicken, beef, and pork. I would imagine it's great on fish and shrimp too.

I used the sauce for the first time tonight on a broccoli/red pepper/steak bowl I threw together and I was amazed at the flavor the sauce imparted. I wasn’t sure what to expect...hopped up soy sauce maybe? Let me tell you that it is so much more than that and unlike anything I’ve tasted before and with the flavor profile I plan on using it on everything...if you are reading this order a bottle or ten right now!

Tasty Japanese BBQ sauce, however it is way overpriced. Where I live I can get a comparable brand at my supermarket for one tenth the cost. I know the cost of shopping and logistics drives up the cost, but in all honesty it isn't worth it. Bachan's is good, but not great enough to justify the high price. Sorry, just being honest.
